All around excellent friendly staff. Front desk and breakfast team. Yen at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

Had a good laugh in the elevator. Had my back to 'other' door and thought I was stuck as door from which I had entered did not open. Holding up lots of luggage so did not turn around. Went back to first floor, door in front opened fine, went back up to three still with my back to other door and then a voice behind me scared me. Very funny.

Well up to expectations. Clean and good sized room.

Bit disappointed by breakfast. Very limited choice...rolls and croissants didn't seem to be hot and fresh.
However the position was excellent for seeing Rome on foot, quiet but very close to 64 bus.

Good value, excellent position,friendly, would stay there again.

The rooms are very small, which I think is standard for this type of hotel in Roma or such large cities.

Nothing luxurious, but good basic clean accomodation at a good price and in a good location. I would stay here again. Offers value for money,

There was limited air conditioning. I think you need to note that they only run a/c at certain times in the day. The room was not very cool. We had to open windows. Our window was near the septic tank area, which then made our room smell and more noisey.

The room was excelent. The hotel is very conveniently located - very close to Termini station. The breakfast could be better

I would recommand the hotel as value for money.Clean,correct and ideal placed for
