Gino was very welcoming. We were not expecting access to our room, but we got lucky and were shown to it straight away.

An additional comfort would have been access to tea/coffee facilities but otherwise it was really nice, peaceful, very clean and quiet. The children just loved the bunk beds.

We were able to leave our suitcases safely until our evening flight which was hugely beneficial to us enjoying our last day.

We had a little difficulty with the directions, but once we got out barrings leaving the train Roma Termini (do we go left or right?, how big is a city block?) we found the hotel without any problem.

The air conditioning was wonderful as the weather was very HOT. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The bath and shower were adequate.We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Papa Germano's is a great little hotel. It isn't exactly located near the sights, but is near the Metro, bus and train stations.Our son is already planning a return trip to Papa Germano's in 18 mons.
We found internet cafes, laundry and openair markets nearby.

Gino who I believe is the owner welcomed us and took us to the room, which was nice.
The location was excellent, a nice flat walk from the station..There are great cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets, would recommend this hotel, was clean and comfortable.

This was the quietest place I stayed at in Italy, with the nicest staff. There was never a wait to use the shared bathrooms (unlike at other places I stayed), nor was there a wait to use the internet. I would recommend Papa Germano to anyone on a moderate budget in Rome.

I was given a nicer room than acgreed upon for no extra charge, simply because I requested a room close to my friends' room. Very welcome surprise!

Wonderful service, great breakfast each morning, clean and useful rooms, great location to the sites in Rome; the staff was very willing to answer any Rome-related questions and assist us in planning our outings. They werevery helpful.

Papa who owns the hotel is very friendly and an excellent host. Perfect if you need 3 single beds in a room at reasonable rates.

The receptionist was very helpful and changed my room from 2nd floor to the lst floor when she realised I had 2 suitcases and was leaving early morning to catch the train. Also, as I was leaving before the dining room opened for breakfast she packed a colazione for me to take on the train.

The property is a bit more expensive than other comparable properties in the same area. It should be priced about 20 euro per night less than it is. It's a nice place to stay, but slightly over-priced.

Internet is available (although you must pay to use it). They can arrange a taxi for you. Breakfast is included.

A decent hotel. Air conditioning. Good location. Pretty friendly staff. Over-priced. If you can find a similar property nearby with availability, it almost certainly will be cheaper.

I had my wallet stolen and the Hotel staff were very very helpful in getting my credit cards and bank cards stopped. They also gave very good instructions on how to go to Police and report theft. I can't thank them enough for that.
