point 8: the room was(bathroom)was not always clean and the cleaning staff forgot more than once to give(bath)towels.The coffee (breakfast) was really bad,disgusting.

It is a nice place to stay, you can reach most of the sigths per feet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ideal accomodation for a short trip - cheap for the location.

noisy hotel - extremely, staff was loud in the mornings - talking and laughing in the hallways, yelling at each other - couldn't sleep past 9 only because of the staff!!!

At fist was provided with a 2x single bed room but after informing reception of mistake was given double bed room as asked for.

There was no hot water at all in the room during the stay. Told receptionist who informed us of a power failure that day and the boiler was re-heating. Waited 40min - 1hr but still no water. After returning from meal in the evening still no hot water. After complaining to receptionist (male) he informed me that he could not do anything to help us and did not give a reason why there was STILL no hot water. Said he would tell the morning staff but no one came to inspect. To some up NO hot water for our entre stay.

Only if the water problem was resolved. Apart from this yes - it was a classy and well price hotel.
