Directions to the hotel from the train station took you down a long hill then up a long hill(on which the hotel was located). This is very tiring while carrying luggage. I think you should tell customers to go out of the train station, turn left on Nationale and turn left on the street the hotel was on. This is much, much easier to navigate.
