there was no hairdryer, tv on our room as we agreed, in one room the electricity hang out of the wall. The breakfast was almost nothing only jam and butter on dry toast bread, not even a glasse of orange juice. The toilet in one room wasn't working well.
In fact we expected more service for our money.

the great advantage is that it was right in the center of rome, but i wouldn't recommand it to a friend because of the bad service.

the property was nice, clean and comfortable but very basic. not worth 90 euros/night. Although I appreciate that it is Rome!!
The breafast was pretty substandard. cold white toast (2 pieces per person) and dry biscuits. the portons of coffee and jam etc were also megre. I have had better breakfasts in youth hostels.

hard to find, located in an apartment building. map should be more detailed with thorough explainations of directions.

residential apartment which has been converted into a B&B. very basic, expensive but nice. I would not recommend it due to the cost. I'm sure you could find a hotel for the same price with more facilities. i.e. There was never a receptionist or anyone to ask directions or questions.

The room did not look as nice as in the images on the website, but was ok. The room was on the 7th floor and the reseption on the 6th (not 3rd floor as it says on the website). There was a television, but only italian channels. The shower constantly shifted between hot and cold water... But the room was clean and the staff was very helpful.
