Satisfied ... Satisfied ... Satisfied ... We had an absolutely wonderful time in Magnifico Hotel which is very central and easy to get to ... We were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay the only hitch was the taxi booked to bring us to Campiano airport ditched us at St Mary majors and put us in an other taxi who tried to over charge us. The origionla driver kept muttering about American Airlines and Leonardo De Vinci Airport. He left a bad taste in our mouth

The taxi driver had difficulty finding the name of your hotel. Maybe a plaque on the outside wall would help. ... We were very displeased that we could not use our Visa credit card to pay the bill.The staff kept telling us that the contact with the bank was out of order.After 3 days, I found this excuse a little unbelievable in a city such as Rome! ... A secluded and quiet hotel.We would recommend it to any of our friends.

The one thing that was a disappointing was that our room was right by the reception & during the night the phone rang constantly (4 times to exact), which was very annoying & disturbed my sleep. There was no-one at reception at the time to answer the phone & it was really loud too.
And on another morning staff were also talking very very loudly at the reception which was also annoying, and also disturbed my sleep.
Because the hotel is so small the noise factor is definately a major issue. The staff could be more considerate of the guests.
The breakfast wasn't that great!!!! ... the noise factor ... small, comfortable, clean

Location is very good but the cleanliness of the room is pretty bad, there was a dead spider and its net on the ceiling. Bathroom is ok.

15 Minutes later someone arrived ... The breakfast was catastrophal! ... central, room are ok for a short trip, for breakfast: just around the corner is a McDonalds

Every hotel staffs were very kind and politeness. They helped us about our request. Beautiful entrance,clean room. We spent very comfortable while we stayed at this hotel. ... I don't know. ... This hotel is in a comprehensible place from the station,and has clean room and kind staffs.Thant's wonderful hotel.

Hard to find the hotel, since it was located in the back yard, and not visible form the street. On the street there was only a little sign 1 cm X 4 cm. ... Some more cleaning would be good ... Value for mony, central, nice people

Bathrooms are very poor. Breakfast was awful. Kitchen was badly equipped - nothing supplied only saucepans, no cups, no plates, no glasses, no cuttlery, nothing! ... Don't stay there!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your charming hotel. The staff were extremely helpful not only with dinner recommendations, but also very kind to provide us with hot coffee and breakfast on our departure day (at 6am no less!)
I have already recommended your hotel to friends and co-workers.
