I would really advise this place. Clean, proper breakfast, helpfull staff, centre good reachable, reasonable price. I will certainly go back.

The surrounding area is not shown on the web site and could put some people off but personally as I have a daughter living in San Lorenzo, I loved it.

I think more should be said about the area but stressing how quiet the hotel is. It is like a little haven of peace. It's lovely
...
the area is like a war zone but the hotel is fabulous. You never feel threatend when walking in the streets of San Lorenzo and it is ideally placed for buses, trams and metro into central Rome for one euro per day to travel anywhere.

the hotel had overbooked and for the first night we had to get 2 single beds, was abit upset about that. thought that we would have gotton discount or something.

We made our way by taxi to our Hotel as we found it quicker I feel with suitcases rather along way to walk.Also pick taxi with meter it was 23 Euros a bit pricy I thought but half the price on return.

Staff friendly and helpful beds very comfortable a lovely situation for us quiet and relaxing with easy access to the city by tram and metro.Also some good local Resturants and cafes look forward to visiting next year.

check out was easy looked after our luggage for over 3 hrs until we left for airport.

the situation is fine away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre it's a good base for sight seeing pleasant walk to San Giovanni.Number 3 Tram very useful especially to Collosium.

The beds were falling apart, and the room was smaller than it looks in the picture.

The hotel is very far away from any of the main sites in Rome and very hard to travel to them. Also there were no decent restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were good, but it was quite dusty in the room, and on top of the wardrobe there was a thick layer of dust.

The receptionist forgot to charge me for the stay, so I had to remind him to do so.

A nice place, fairly close to the main sights, yet located in a quiet backstreet. The only really down side to the stay was the breakfast which didn't at all live up to our expectation because there wasn't much to choose from.

The hotel is very nice and the staff always polite and helpful.
The only little negative point is that the streets around the hotel are not very pleasant but there are good restaurants!
If I have another journey in Roma, I will probably return there.

The bathroom was much more dirty as I expected

Pleasant hotel. Nice furnitures in the room, but toilet dirty. Young 'alternative' neighborhood in the surroundings. Far from Termini Station on foot (25 minutes). If public transport it is necessary to do two changes to get Termini Station, which is not very confortable.
