Padded fabric on the walls made it quiet. Excellent beds.

Our taxi service was needed at 5:00 A.M., the service the hotel contracted with, 'Gianni' was there at 4:45 and gave a humorous narrative tour and spirited drive that had us there in no time. Worth the 50E.

Because of the jetlag, we woke 15 minutes later than the end of the breakfast period. They took the time to serve us breakfast anyways! It was very appreciated.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is extremely clean, rooms are very beautiful. The staff is taking care of our needs and the service is excellent!

It was very easy to use. Terms were very clear. Hotels descriptions and photos, together with maps with directions made it easy and trustful. Cacellation policy helped me to make a decision.

The only downside is that there is a flight of stairs between the street and the reception area. This was not a problem for me as I knew about this in advance although some other guests seemed to be put off by it.

This small hotel is well sited for visiting Rome. Near the city centre, many of the tourist attractions are within walking distance.

Very good location to Termina Station and to the undergraound station. Ideal location to go to any tourist attractions. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant.There are many restaurants nearby. You can find a Chinese restaurant which serves very tasty food at very reasonable price.

On arrival we were made welcome, given information about the facilities at the hotel, and given a very useful and invaluable street map of the city.

Our room was a home from home and a good base, which is what we wanted, and we were quite free to come and go as we pleased during our stay.

A really well decorated and clean hotel throughout with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. An excellent location with a wonderful view from our bedroom window of the Opera theatre across a very pretty square.

For our purposes, local travel via metro, and easy train access, Lirico was excellent. Also, a Supermarket is located in a building across the street. We would stay there again!

It took a long time for the hot water to come on in the morning. That was fine after I knew to leave the tap running for a few minutes. I was very worried at first that there wouldn't be any hot water, but it all worked out.

Hotel Lirico was very clean and nice. The room was small but cute. The hotel staff dealt promptly and successfully with all our travel questions, our wake-up call, and arranging a great driver to take us to the airport.

We were so grateful to the hotel staff for allowing us to leave our baggage with them after check out and for helping us arrange transportation to the airport.

This is a clean, friendly, affordable hotel within walking distance of all the major sights of Rome. The rooms are small, but very tastefully furnished, and after all, who spends a lot of time in his hotel room when in Rome!?!

Room was very clean and even cozy, but VERY small.

Negative: no food, lunch, or snack service after 10pm. If the customer arrives late at night he/she will have nothing to eat at the hotel or on its surroundings. Very disapointing. A simple mini-bar service with some snacks could do the job.

Small and simple hotel, very clean, nice decoration (not fancy). Perfect for an overnight stay. If staying for more than 2-3 days, do not go for a Single Room because it is very small.
No restaurant/room service/mini-bar after 10pm !
Friendly and competent staff.
