Good to be met at the airport

Excellent breakfast and view from the restaurant.
Quiet room and efficient aircon.
Pleasant neighbourhood with bus stop very near.
Not much equipment in the kitchen, but we didn't need it anyway.

Late check out allowed which was much appreciated.
Had expected to be able to pay with credit card - there were conflicting messages on the booking form (had sent a questioning email on booking, but the question wasn't answered) - but on checkout was told that card not acceptable for the apartment - we queried this and were allowed to pay with a card.

The Lemon Garden has a simple unfussy, contemporary style.
There isn't a view from the apartment, so it isn't a place to spend the day in, but is comfortable base to return to after a full day out.

Interesting mixture of apartment and hotel suite. The kitchen isn't completely kitted out, but as the hotel supplies a full breakfast (with a superb view) you only need the fridge. Lots of space at a very good rate.
A great place for a first time stay in Rome - walking distance from St. Peters and a short bus/metro ride from central Rome. Excellent neighbourhood with restaurants and shops but no noise.

The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable, and we felt that there could have been a kettle in the Lemon Garden Apartment, instead of just a large pan.

The apartment is fantastic i would reccomend it to anyone. The Atlante Star staff were more helpful than any hotel I have ever stayed at!!!!

If you could include some basic cooking utensils would very helpful ti those that may want to perpare their own meals.

Less because I had asked for accomodations for 4 but the other couple stayed at Orange B&B, so Atlante Star dropped the price, which was more than fair

A first class apartment. We were also suprised that the price of the apartment included house cleaning. The service was perfect!!!!

It was very nice that the hotel provided for a minibus to pick us op from the airport. that was a major pluspoint for us, saving us the trouble of finding it by public transport.

WE loved the appartment, very conveniently located in Rome and we will come back again next year. Lovely place to stay. I just forwarded the details to a colleague of mine who wants to visit rome as well and was looking for an appartment for her and her family.

Very good location, very close to Vatican and old city. Great restaurants in the area, and very safe location was well. Quiet and clean, with enough space. Will recommend it to friends and family and we will come back next year. already looking forward to that.

No problems . Everything was good.

Phoned hotel 2 days before arriving at airport to arrange a pick up. The pick up was confirmed but waited exactly on time and no one was there. Phoned hotel to be told that confirmation was not received therefore we would have to find own way to the hotel from Fumicino Airport. Arranged a taxi which cost 80Euros. Told hotel staff and the apoligised and gave us the trip to the airport for frok teh hotel for free. Appreciated but need to look at why our telephone call was not logged.

I don't know why some people give this place a bad review. The location is excellent and the rooms are great. We've visited Rome several times over the years - and stayed in more expensive hotels that were shocking compared to this. I'd recommend this to anyone. You can walk to most of the city centre sites from it too - even with a 65 year old in tow!. The local restaurants and shopping streets are great too. Great coffee bar on the corner. They don't do a minivan from airport.

Very good B&B. Clean but noisy from the street as always in Rome. Big and very satisfying breakfast at Atlante Star, 50 m away, with the best view in Rome. This I will certanly recommend to all my friends. Karin, Sweden.

I booked a shuttle with the hotel but with arrival there was no shuttle. A little inconcenieunt. The people in the hotel solved it after having some discussion, but it was ok.

The building in which we stayed was sometimes locked and we had to go back to the desk to ask to be let in. Only the bellman had access to the building's front door key. This was a minor inconvience.
Also, there was construction going on in the building.

Large studio apartment, no kitchenette, large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Very conveniently located to the Vatican and Castel San'Angelo. Underground is about a 10 minute walk. Market on the same block.

the room was nice but the wallpaper around the light switch recepticals just as you enter the room was not in good repair and so the first impression was not as good. But the room was fine and we enjoyed staying there---maybe they could just do a little fixing up and the first impression would be better.

Great location, close to the Vatican. Very nice breakfast and the Atlante Star Restaurant is beautiful. The room at the Lemon Garden was nice but needed a few minor repairs. We would stay there again.

The bed and breakfast seems to have a loose agreement with the Star Alante and the staff seemed confused about what the Lemon Tree Bed and Breakfast was.

The pictures and description were a bit misleading. Yet we had a fine times.

The breakfast area, L'Etoile, is highlightedd in most guidebooks as one of the best views in all of Rome.

Although not really a bed and breakfast, it is four rooms in a separate building. One private bathroom was across the hall from the room. There are no phones in the room. It was spare, clean and adequate.
