We loved the apartment. Raffaella was really friendly and we loved the atmosphere in the apartment ...great furnishings and well stocked with food for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was also great.

I had thought that there would be 2 bedrooms as it was advertised as an apartment for 5 - however,when i mentioned this to Raffaella she said she could give us an extra room on our last night, which she did free of charge. However, the apartment was roomy and it was good for all of us.

Accessible, funky comfortable furnishings, very clean, great bathroom with washing machine. Well-equipped kitchen and a good selection of food left for breakfast. We loved being in the apartment.

Raffaella's neighbor greeted us as she was on an errand when we arrived. Raffaella was most charming and endearing. She even arranged for a car to take us to the B&B from the airport and to the airport upon our departure. This was less expensive than taking a taxi.

Very nice overall, but the noise/privacy factor was something to adjust to. The door to our room did not filter out voices or noise from of guests and others.

This is really an apartment that has been divided into 3 bedrooms with baths. We did not really have access to the kitchen shown. And as mentioned there is not much privacy from others on the other side of the door to our room. Anytime someone entered the apartment it was as if they were in the room with us. Not a big issue for my daugher and I, but had I been there with my husband . . .

Great location and great value for the money. What more could you want? The breakfast included in our room (fridge, coffeemaker etc.) was a really nice addition to the typical pensione experience.

Mi estancia en Kimama puedo calificarla de maravillosa,trato agradable por parte de Rafaella y de la vecina que es la encargada de recibir a los huespedes. El apartamento era muy grande, confortable y muy limpio, con una cocina muy grande y todo muy acogedor!Rafaela estuvo siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo momento, ´muy bien comunicado, al lado del apartamento se encontraba el tranvía nº 9 que en 10minutos te llevaba a la plaza de Argentina de donde ibamos andando a todos los sitios:Coliseo,Plaza Navona, Fontana de Trevi.Recomiendo este sitio a todo el mundo.

Teníamos que estar en el aeropuerto a las 7.00 de la mañana, por lo que el dia anterior llamé a Rafaella para que nos facilitara un taxi en la puerta de Kimama a las 6,30h y asi fue.El taxista,amigo de Rafaella una persona amable y simpatica, y por 40€!!

kimama accommodation was fantastic! the place exceeded our expectations, it was very tastfully decorated and much thought was put in by the owner as to what people would find helpful on their stay. I would strongly recommend this accommodation to all travelers including families with children. The owner was very kind and helpful.
I would now return and stay at Kimama with my husband and young children.

Kimama is very well located and in walking distance to all the sites. The place was well equipped e.g there was an iron, hairdry, straightner etc all the things a girl requires!

Kimama is place that once visited is never forgotten, it is as beautiful as Rome itself. The owner has put alot of time, love, thought and effort in creating a home which is welcoming to all people from around the world.
Stay here makes the holiday complete.

The Kimama B&B is in a great location for exploring Rome. The accommodations for the four of us were comfortable, clean and very roomy. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Rome.

A comfortable apartment in a residential neighborhood only minutes --a walk or short bus ride --to the center of town. Close to three bridges over the Tiber, convenient to the Vatican --one short bus ride. Out of the craziness of the center of the city.

The owner arranged a driverr to pick us up at the airport and he took us directly to the location -- very helpful!

We had a cappucino machine and refrigerator in our room, so we could make our own breakfast and coffee. She provided milk, yogurt, breads, jams and an excellent pound cake for our stay. It was very clean and extremely well located for the bus and tram. Our daughter is at the American University and her apartment was a short walk, or just a few stops by bus. It was a little noisy with a nightclub across the street from our window (but a very high-class club!), and the trashmen emptied the dumpsters outside at 7am every moring. If you keep the windows closed, probably not so bad. All things considered, a great place to stay and we would go back.

The stay was very nice, Rafaella was extremely helpful and always available. We stayed in three different rooms during our four nights. A little inconvenient but Rafaella compensated the inconvenience by providing us with a free night. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
