Rooms OK but rather small; Same regarding breakfast room: the capacity was very limited so regularly people had to wait for others to leave before they could take breakfast. Positive: very friendly service at breakfast! ... OK if you don't need luxury and space but want a quiet place at walking distance from many important sites in Rome

I don't remember a desciption of the way to get to the hpotel (no map). It was somewhat more than a few steps away from the Spanish steps.(See No 16) but the location of the hotel was o.K. ... Good price/value ration in low season. Every thing was ok.
