Lena was at the desk and she was most helpful and kind. She is fantastic. Emmanuela is also fabulous. They were both very helpful and kind. ... Our room was right next door to the breakfast area. It was not loud or interfering at all. The only comment I have is that I booked a deluxe room with twin beds and when I got there I was told that I was getting an upgrade TO deluxe but with a queen bed. I thought i had paid for the deluxe room so it wasn't an upgrade...but we were very comfortable ... I told all my friends that it was fabulous. It was in the best area and I would for sure stay there again
