Our experience at the International palace was a joy. Would go back again. It's in a great location, the metro is right there and there are great restaruants and cafe's around. There was one man at the front desk that was great. His name is Andre, i forgot his lastname, but was always a pleasure to talk to. He helped us with everything that we requested. My only complain would be that the bar closes too early. Was very pleseant and i hope to be back in the next few years. Grazia

First I got a really bad room, it was like a single room, and the hotel try to give us this room, maybe they hope, that I will say nothing.
I called the reception and the man there told me that there will be no possibility to chang the room, after discussing this I got a much better room. I work also in a hotel as Front Office Service Manager, I know how it works.

A problem is the breakfast, on Sunday morning, the staff have a lot of problems to clean the tables, prepare the tables. There are no cups, spoons and plates. Better training will help.

If you try to get your staff friendlier and with more enthusiasmus, then i think it is okay for the price.

Large, but friendly hotel. Great rooms for relaxing in after a long day sight seeing. Good location, close to tube, train and main sites. Very good breakfast buffet

I was upgraded next day to a superior room
whick was excellent.The first room was very small and I felt it was closing in on me.

The original room was very small as I have already said.Cannot comment as the room while excellent but very small looking out onto another room and blank walls.

I was paying my account the night before , as I was going home early the next morning. The cash office was closed , their was a problem in giving me receipt, which I really didnt need anyway as it was paid by cc.
Please say thanks to the staff member who upgraded us ,he was doing everything to see that we were going to be happy staying at your hotel.
Your hotel is lovely , food excellent, breakfast in the morning could not have been better, staff nice, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I certainly would.It is a lovely hotel, good food and ideally located.My daughters had been their some months earlier and was from their recommendation that we decided to stay.

People at the reception were very polite and helpful, however, we had to wait until our room is ready, although our arrival time was well known by the hotel since we asked for transportation form the airport!

The people who worked there were wonderful and the hotel itself was was excellent.

I can not think of one negative thing to say about the International Palace and stayed there for 10 nights.

We arrived at approximately 12 noon.We were unable to check-in at this stage and were told to return at 2.00pm.However there was a gentleman in front of me that was able to check-in, maybe he had booked an early check-in. I find it hard to believe that a hotel that size would not have at least one room available at 12.00pm. We were told to come back at 2.00pm. We had just had a 4 1/2 hour train journey, so walking around Rome in the heat after a four hour train wasn't much fun.

We were very, very comfortable. Room very clean, sheets changed daily, etc. Gorgeous bathroom with deep tub and thick towels. Everything nice and new. Papers available every morning with good breakfast. The best thing about the hotel, however, was its location. We could go and return from anywhere in Rome from a bustop in front of the hotel. Also, the street we were on (Via Nazionale) was great for shopping and walking, yet our room, which looked out on the back, as we had requested, was completely quiet. All in all, a great stay at excellent rates, which helped make our trip to Rome a memorable one.

Include information about the hotel's location vis a vis Rome's excellent bus system. We could get a bus to anywhere in Rome from in front of the hotel. This was especially good when returning from a long day of walking, to be able to get off the bus and go directly into the hotel.

Very clean, quiet yet on main shopping street, comfortable beds and gorgeous bathroom, elegant, suitable for tourist and business traveler, excellent location, professional staff (they printed out maps for us for places we needed to get to in Rome). Room was not large by American standards but that is not unusual in Italy.

Excellent hotel, a great location and very nice breakfast. The only request would be to allow early check-ins. Flights from oversees usaully get in early in the morning, and it would be nice if and early check-in would be available if requested.
Otherwise we couldn't have asked for a better experience at this hotel.

The Staff was Very Helpful. Just be careful on which Taxi you take to get there! We took a 'Taxi' with a taxi sigh on teh roof from Termini and it turned out to be a fake and charged us Euro 50 for a Euro 5 trip!

We asked for a nice room, as was seeing in the papers, but we have a little one, with a little window, in the second floor, and a minimal minibal toilette. That was not in our plans. So we might complein about that. Fortunately we could change the room for another one in the fourth floor, now as seen in the pictures.

This hotel is definately not a 4 star! I was not happy paying the amount of money I did. It is well overpriced.

Booked and paid for a double with a view, but got put in a twin room with beds pushed together. The view was just looking at a wall!
This was meant to be special occasion long weekend so i'm disappointed.

Really overpriced. You would pay the same amount of money for a real 4 star hotel elsewhere. I feel the hotel has taken advantage of joining the Euro by upping their prices.
