The web site suggested that breakfast would be taken in a roof garden rather than the top floor of the hotel. Would have been nice in the July heat. Breakfast, however was very good.
The safe was closed on our arrival, we asked for it to be opened but this was not done.

Cases were stored efficiently after we checked out and we were offered advise on getting to the airport.

Very good position for all the sights and shopping in Rome.
Good choice for breakfast. We had Superior rooms which were very well appointed and had everything we needed.

Excellent location for all the key city centre sites and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable about sites, transport to them, etc. Breakfast buffet selection not too wide, but plentyful, perfectly adequate and the kids loved it.

Great location, one can reach all major
monuments etc. on foot. Nice Shopping Mall
around the corner. The renovated rooms are
beautiful and modern. Ask for a room facing
the back street. Very clean. Breakfast not
spectacular. Ask for the shuttel service back
to the airport (good price).

Definately worth considering when looking for accomodation in Roma at the price on the web site. Location very good for tourist sites.

The only annoying thing was the lift which is small and old-fashioned. It has two doors which need to be opened and closed manually every time.

Very friendly and helpful desk clerk, spoke
good english and made us feel welcome and
helped us alot with maps and places of
interest during our stay...breakfast which was
incl. was very nice and Fabio our server at
breakfast very helpful, friendly and pleasant!

I requested a double room but got a twin room. They did make the beds up to be a double after I requested it.

It was a brilliant place to stay, great location, great breakfast and spacious room. There was just one member of staff who wasn't very helpful and was rather unfriendly.

Room was on the small side, however, had all you needed in a Hotel Room, very private, clean, noisy in the early morning - on the whole very good.
