Room was a bit small but clean & quiet.

Excellent location. Walking distance to most sights. Room was a bit small but cozy, clean & quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, good value. Would stay again.

Very obliging porter showed us two rooms on different floors, we chose the larger one on the top floor (there was a lift)

The breakfast was fairly basic, poor quality orange juice and bread. Small amount of fruit and coffee not up to Italian standards so we went to the cafe next door after the first day and a look on the second day.

The hotel ordered a comfortable car to take us to Fiumicino airport which arrived on time.

a very convenient place to stay in a nice area, i.e: 5 mins. walk from Piazza d'Spagna, the Corso, Trevi Fountain, 10 mins. from Piazza Navona, Panteone, 15mins. from Palazzo Vitt.Emmanuele etc. The cafe/trattoria next to the hotel was excellent for breakfast and lunch.

I have now stayed four times at the Siena, and consider it very good value - the hotel is comfortable and well run, the staff are very friendly, and Ugo the dog is just great! My only criticism is that the rooms are now a little shabby, through much use, I expect. Some redecoration would not go amiss. Having said that, it will not stop me going back - it is always a real pleasure to stay at the Siena.

The staff are especially helpful about clients leaving luggage and coming back for it later in the day. You feel confident about doing this as the front desk is never left unattended.

The breakfast is particularly good, with a huge range of things on offer - cheese, pates, fresh fruit, juice, breakfast cereals, all kinds or rolls, croissants, cakes and biscuits, yoghurts, etc. It is very comprehensive.

A reasonably priced small comfortable hotel with friendly, efficient staff, ideally placed in the centre of Rome, with many historic sights within walking distance. Just don't expect the Ritz!
