Very quick delivery at the desk,
easy access from both Ciampino
and Fiumicino, lugage was brought to our room etc. We were actually greeted
with a bottle of champaigne to our room.

the place was newly renowated.
We were served tee on request at the bar in the midle of the night.

Excellent service with friendly and quiet atmosphere at one of the most efficient places to be (when it comes to location) for visiting Rome either as a tourist or for business.

The accomodation provided was okay. We applied for a 'garden room', but this appeared not to be booked (?).

just how close it is to termini station,this a very good aspect as you do not know where you are when you arrive at a new destination

I would say that it is so central as you can get a bus/metro/train withintwo mins from the hotel to any part of Rome,therefore for sight seeing it is ideal
It is a long time since I have stayed at sutch a nice hotel.
Please thank the staff for sutch a good holiday

Smiling, enthusiastic reception team, made us feel very welcome

it has a subtle grandeur not quite captured by this site from the gardens to the marble staircase in the entrance. the rooms are well kept and spacious

Airport transfer was very helpful and provisions for the babies was great with the hotel staff all being very considerate. However we were not aware of building work going on within the hotel before booking - although admittedly this was only a problem in that one room was not ready on arrival and on day two access was slightly limited with the room only being cleeaned once the builders had gone - quite frankly all very understandable but a discount would have softened the blow!!

Rooms assigned were very clean and opened onto the interior garden - a pleasant surprise and one that affords some peace from the noise of the city. Beds were very firm which may not be to everyone's liking.

Evening receptionist was very helpful in dealing with VISA over the phone in addressing and resolving some unexplained online authorization issue. Language would have been a major issue otherwise.

Lovely old building

Very comfortable, lovely old building. Ideal location - close enough to sights but down quiet road. Simple breakfast but adequate - weather was hot but breakfast room door to garden could not be opened for some reason, which would have been nice. Garden mentioned on website as feature but door to it seemed mostly to be locked. Would definitely recommend hotel though.
