Shuttle transfer from Ciampino Airport was excellent and arrival and check-in also excellent. Staff very polite and extremely helpful throughout our entire stay.

The central position of Hotel Accademia made our first visit to Rome very easy and relaxing.

Checking out was also very good - midday was a great time to check out. Hotel Accademia also securely looked after our suitcases until we were ready to depart to the airport much later that day.

Only negative comment was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Central location make sight seeing very easy. Hotel was extremely comfortable, very friendly, excellent service and a fantastic breakfast included in the price!

This is a medium priced hotel in a really excellent location - close to the excitement of the Trevi fountain area but quiet at night. The breakfasts are excellent - plenty of choice and all fresh.It was very good value for money and a perfectly placed hotel to walk almost everywhere we wanted to see.I would book this hotel again.

There was problem with taxi we booked from airport to hotel. We booked a taxi with the hotel and it did not arrive so had to organise our own transport from the airport on arrival in Rome. It caused slight stress and a delay but did not spoil the holiday.

Everything was super, the location of the hotel was superb and we were able to walk to all of the sights.
The only thing which was a little unclear from the website was that the bar was not actually in the hotel but several doors away. It also closed very early in the evening.
