As requested the hotel arranged for us a transfer from the airport.

It's a very nice hotel, situated very well if you want to explore the city with it's many sights. Good restaurants are close. Our room was small but of classy style, the beds could be a little bigger. Very clean bathroom. While it was cold outside, the heating worked well. Good breakfast! Summary: A hotel that I would very much recommend.

It is a charming hotel just steps away from some of the highest-end hotels in Rome. It is close to everything, and the breakfast terrace is a lovely place to start the day. I even booked the hotel for my return to Rome from Capri the day before flying home to the U.S. They gave me a room with a large terrace with a table and chairs. It was a great way to relax after a wonderful holiday in Italy!

Very attentive and friendly staff. Well appointed, comfortable rooms (if a bit small). Excellent sheets and towels. Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat in the mornings. Very nice hotel.

The hotel was adequate - and well placed near all the main attractions and the station. The main thing that made the hotel special was not the building or decor - but the lady who works in the breakfast room and cleans the rooms - she was so absolutely lovely and could not do enough for us. She deserves a gold medal!

What you see is what you get! A better variety of things at breakfast would have been appreciated.

A great little hotel with a perfect location. We enjoyed the rooftop balcony for our breakfast each morning and the staff was very friendly! Overall, a great experience!

The outside of the hotel was not very impressive but the interior and the rooms were excellent.

Very nice and newly refurbished facilities. The rooms were quite small but we were lucky to have been given a nice terrace. The location is just slightly off the tourist path, but most sights were within a 10-20 minute walk and the Vatican was a quick metro ride. We liked being slightly out of the touristy fray and the location was wonderful because the metro stop was literally 100 paces away.

As we had asked, a taxi had been booked to collect us at the airport, which was waiting for us on arrival. We arrived early, well before check-in time and they were happy to store our luggage so we could start exploring Rome.

A small hotel, centrally located. Although our room was quite small, it was comfortable and clean with a well-equipped bathroom. A bright and welcoming breakfast room with a balcony on the top floor. Excellent value for a centrally located hotel in Rome.

Thehotel we stayed in in Rome from Sept 7 - 9th was L' Hotel Cinquantre. I'm not sure if that is what you have in your records.

We loved the hotel and were very satisfied with our stay. We will definitely return if we visit Rome again. Two things however that were not as they were pictured on the website were
1) the lobby which turned out to be a small vestibule upon entering the building with a small desk set up with the concierge sitting behind this small desk. The website did not show this as the lobby.
2) The balcony of the top floor off of the breakfast room is picutred on the website, as if it stretches along side the building for much further than it does. It was actually a balconly that only fit 2 tables, but the picture made it look like the balcony was longer and went around all around. The description of the balcony also lead one to believe that.
Both these things should be corrected so as to truly convey what the hotel offers.

While the room was excellent and provided modern air conditioning and bathroom facilities of that of a third class hotel,I would say that since this hotel did not have a lobby, I'm not sure that the rate of 179 Euros per night was appropriate. I think it was closer to 150 Euros per night, given what it offered and compared to other Rome hotels.

Lovely hotel with warm attentive staff, well located related to Rome attractions, easily accessible by the Metro with modern bathroom facilities including jacuzzi bathtub and terry cloth robes which were a wonderul treat upon arriving at the room each night, exhausted by the day's activities.

Receptionist spoke very good English and was very welcoming and friendly and efficient.
Road instructions were not relevant to us as we took a taxi from the airport. No option in question / answers for a 'not relevant' response so I have clicked confusing!

The bar, as advertised on the web site, was not available when we arrived but was open on a limited basis in the evening before our departure. On balance we were very happy with the accommodation, services available, breakfast served and staff. We would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others and would return ourselves in the future.

The only disapoitment in the hotel was tht breakfast was served as room service and not on either the terrace or breakfast room as stated in brochure because of work being carried out. Although on inspection there did not appear to be much going on.

small, simple 3 star hotel with wonderfully polite and friendly staff. well positioned for travelling around Rome. high standard rooms with good attention to detail ie. quality towels and linen, good shower, comfortable beds, very pleasant continental breakfast. plus, the smallest lift in the world! highly recommended.
