From the very first moment the staff were kind and helpful.

The position of the hotel was amazing. We could reach almost everywhere on foot; it is just in the middle of the historic center of the city. The surroundings of the hotel were safe and quiet.
All members of the staff were very attentive and polite. We lost a baggage on our trip to Rome and all of them helped us to contact the airport until it appeared, otherwise it would have been imposible because most staff at the airport spoke only italian.
It was really great value of money. If we had the oportunity to come back to Rome we would definitely choose San Daniele Bundi again.

We had a debate about the price of the room on checkout, but fortunately I had with me a copy of the confirmation email that clearly stated the agreed up nightly rate and the cost for the entire stay.

Very small, very comfortable, and very well locald. . I would definately stay there again.

staff did not speak english which led to a little confusion, however she was lovely and we were able to understand each other eventually

checking out was fine. We were able to leave our bags in the foyer until later that day, and with an evening flight it allowed us to have another full days sightseeing. Thanks to the hotel!

room was a little on the small side and the fridge did not really keep any drinks cold only silightly cool, but not a real problem. Air conditioning units were located outside our bedroom window, a little noisy, but with a full days walking under our belt - we feel asleep quite quickly

Small, homely and very clean. Ideal for sightseeing as its in such a good location.
Would stay there again.
