An absolutely lovely Bed and Breakfast!
Our hosts were so friendly helpful and polite.
The room was clean, modern and tastefully decorated.
Its situated just a short walk from the Colloseum too.
I would definately reccommend Flavius to anyone again and again...!

B&B parfaitement situé pour la visite de Rome, près des deux lignes du métro. Bon petit déjeuner (le café est extra!). Chambre très propre dans un quartier calme.

N'hésitez pas à y séjourner. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

I found the accommodation wonderful!! Room was excellent, clean, comfortable. Riccardo was very polite and extremely helpful at all times. I would stay there again without hesitation and I would recommend it to everyone. Gordano, Riccardo's brother, was very polite and helpful on the phone when I called a few times before my arrival.

We arrived very late to to flight delay and were very grateful that one of the owners waited for us even late at night.

We had a very pleasant experience and felt very glad that the owner was very accommodating concerning our airline/flight delays.
We would only have 2 suggestions for the owners that would have made our experience even better:
Fresh rolls or croissants for breakfast would have been a lot better than the packaged stuff.
The roof terrace is such a great selling point for this property. A little more greenery and TLC would have made it a lot nicer.....could be made into a little roof garden.
Otherwise our experience was super.

great value and views. nice accommodating staff. ok breakfast but no fresh bread or fruit. a/c a real plus. no staff lives on site......so feels more like being in an appartment w. someone making you breakfast. the staff was helpful and friendly though. roof terrace a real plus.

Riccardo, one of the owners, who met us on arrival was exceptionally friendly and nice. The accommodation was adequate, no frills, etc. but very clean and tidy - towels etc all provided with the use of a lovely terrace overlooking the city. Very user friendly and within easy reach of all the places we wished to visit. We would certainly return there and would hihgly recommend it to any prospective travellers...... perhaps the use of kitchen would have been an added bonus (although Riccardo did let us use the fridge for water etc. Maybe a small fridge in each room could be added and would make a huge difference. Hope to visit again.

Very central to Rome. Clean. Tidy. Air Conditioning. Terrace. Ideal for a family (who would take over the three bedrooms). Could do with a fridge in each room. No frills but certainly ideal location and again very clean. Personable owner (Riccardo) and very amenable to helping us with any queries we had concerning transport or anything else we needed help with. Very good

Ricardo was so helpful and welcoming. The great breakfast helped us get a fantastic start to everyday! The room was very comfortable and clean (and cute!).

Great location! Just a few blocks from the coliseum. We could see it when we stepped onto the sidewalk from the hotel.

A little more variety in the breakfast menu would be preferred. Eating the exact same thing every morning was not very pleasant. The shower's water temperature was inconsistent. It became VERY cold multiple times during each and every shower. Even though we asked the owner to check it, nothing was ever fixed.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, breakfast is rather boring and monotonous, easily accessible, close to many sites and public transportation.

The 'Shared Bathroom' only means you have to share with the one person staff while he is there (you don't have to share with guests from other rooms). Made it nice because we could leave our towels & toiletries in the bathroom. Also, we arrived very late & there was someone there to warmly welcome us.

The B&B is actually located between Metro Stops San Giovanni & Colosseo - so you have easy access to both A & B lines.

Basic accommodation, clean no frills. Central to tourist attractions in slightly run down area. Owner very helful. Glad we used the shuttle service. Thought price was high compared to similar hotels we have stayed in in other cities

The staff at B&B Flavius were incredibly helpful and very polite. We asked many questions about Rome and they were able to help us with all of them. The location is great too----very close to the colosseum!

Unfortunately the rooms are not very quite but other than that our stay was great! The breakfast was good too!

The room was a bit noisy in the morning when the staff were getting breakfast ready as the rooms were not well soundproofed. Otherwise the facilities were great.

Decent location and not too expensive compared to other accomodation in Rome.
