Air conditioning unit in room did not function 100% probably 30%. This could be fixed. Stains on the carpets in the entrance to the room.

Relaxing and quiet with the great advantage of having a swimming pool.

Very helpful as we arrived after 10p.m.Even though the resteraunt was shut they still managed to lay on some food.

I would recomend car hire as local bus service is sporadic and it is quite a walk into Frascati and Grotterferatta.

Oldy worldy,quiet.In need of a bit of a makeover in places but very nice,friendly and welcoming.

I would highly recommend it as a fantastic
place. It was better then we expected.
A real pearl outside Rome and the
realaxing atmosphere is what a vacation is
all about. We fell in love in Grand Hotel
Villa Fiorio!

This was a lovely hotel...our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a very nice view. Michela at the front desk was most helpful and spoke English!

I have stayed here twice and would return
again. Easy walk into beautiful Frascati
and excellent train link to Rome ( 30
mins) for only 1 Euro 70.
Fantastic pool, friendly and helpful
staff and tasteful rooms.

Should not be suggested that you can stay here if you want to do lots of sightseeing in Rome. I didn't, but if I wanted to, it would have been very difficlt.
