Dante who looked after the property was delightful and was happy to help as much as he could, advising on directions, restaurants etc. We were offerd a drink as soon as we arrived.

We paid on arrival but we knew that would be the case before we arrived and we had no problem with that.

Using the Leonardo express from the airport
is quicker and cheaper than any other mode of transport and this property is in an ideal location as it is only two minutes fronm the rail station.

I would recommend it as it is in an excellent location, very clean, welcoming and relaxed.

Dante assisted us with our baggage, then made us refreshments whilst explaining how things work at Enjoy Rome B&B.
He was extemely knowledgable about all aspects in the area, including bus tours,restaurants etc.

We had a little trouble finding the front door to Enjoy Rome B&B -could do with more directions on website.Great location and easy walk from Rome termini.
Once inside, it was so relaxing and peaceful.Dante made us very welcome,we could help ourselves to tea & coffee during our stay. Dante also served lovely breakfast.Would highly recommend to others, and intend returning soon.

Dante organised private airport transfer for the 6 of us -70 EURO, but worth it.No hassels at all.

Beautifully relaxing,peaceful.Rooms are fresh and spotless -great bathrooms.Handy location with the bus tour office a few doors away -start and finished here.

The receptionist, Dante, was extremelly helpful and obliging and was carefull to go through the room agreements and to present the ammenities available to us. Directions for the hotel need some clarifying and a note should be added explaining that the property is on a 3rd floor and that the elevator is accessible only after a half flight of stairs

The entire staff and owner went out of their way to makeour stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the breakfast table is well appointed and the free internet is a huge benefit.
Overall, this property is a fantastic find!

I had pre-arranged to leave three large bags in the B&B for five days, while taking a hiking trip in the North of Italy. For my party's convinience, when we checked-in, the staff suggested that we actually leave any of our belongings in our room (which they had kept unoccupied during our absence). We kept our oom keys and were able to leave clothing in the closets, food in the mini-fridge, and we returned to the same room five days later to find everything safe an untouched. My trip was in the begining of september and the B&B was otherwise full so we were quite surrise at the possible loss of revenue the property was willing to incur fo our convinience. Could not askfor a more attentive service!

Modern an clean decor. All basic modern day ammenities such as a common reading lounge, coffee and tea facilities, fast and free intenet. Large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Excellent, attentive yet non-intrusive, service.

Dante was there to help us with our check in. He gave us a map and told us where the major attraction were.

Dante was very helpful as well as being very hospitable to us which made our stay very enjoyable especially when we were travelling with our 19 month old son. The location was excellent, very walkable from the train station.

Dante was very prompt in organising our taxi to the airport.

Though there was a lift, we had to go up a flight of stairs before you can reach it. It was difficult with a stroller.

Very comfortable and Dante made our stay with our young son very enjoyable. It is a very child friendly B&B.

2 regrets :
- the place in town : for us it wasn't the best place to stay because relatively far from nice restaurants and bars in the evenings (from Trastevere for example)
- the breakfast wasn't very exciting : we stayed 5 days and we never have had fresh bread, fresh pastry, fresh juice. For the price we payed, we think that an effort could be made on that point.
Thanks for Dante who was always here for helping us.
