A very good first impression staff were great and always looked and acted in a professional manner.

The staff made us feel very comfortable and were always there to help with queries and offer advice on places to go either to visit or eat.

The checkout was quick and easy, and at no point did the staff rush you. They were friendly throughout - faultless in fact.

I definitely think that you should mention that the breakfast is bought to you and served in the bedroom, my fiance and I thought this was great also that it was served punctual and on time everyday without fail.

If you are looking for a huge, un-friendly hotel, then this is not the place for you.
If you want a friendly, personal, romantic break, with great service and in an excellent location then this is for you.
I cannot fault this hotel in any way it is well worth the money, the rooms are amazing which the pictures on the site do not do justice, the staff are great and the hotel is definitely a place I would stay again.
I cant imagine you will find a nicer place for the same price.

Finding the hotel to be on the fourth floor was a bit unexpected but it didn't spoil the break.

we had a fantastic stay here - it is about 25 minutes walk to most of the interesting historical sites but it didn't matter to us as we love walking and as it was out of the main 'touristy' area, meals were cheaper!!!! Breakfast was not extensive but suited us just fine. Everything was ewll done and we will stay there again when we return to Rome

We arrived at the hotel around 10am local time but were unable to check into our room until after 1pm local time. It would have been nice if the room was ready.

Bruno was terrific and couldn't help us enough. He gave us tips and helped secure outings and had subway and bus tickets at hand. The location is not right at the sights but transportation couldn't have been easier and the hotel is situated in neighborhood with nice restaurants.

A friend ordered a bottle of champagne on her behalf, by e-mail, which was delivered to our romm shortly after our arrival. Very nice indeed!

The gentlemen on the desk were excellent! We loved our stay, and can't wait to return to Rome.

The area around the Domus Inn has lovely restaurant, frequented by the locals. They are great value for money, traditional, and delicious!

The Room was a bit too small for the price. The heating had a problem because only when putting it on maximum it worked fine.
