The property is where it says it is, but there is no sign on the street, you have to go through a courtyard and ring the buzzer.

The staff were really helpful and made sure we had everything we wanted, coffee on arrival and an offer that if we wanted to use the computer we could. The room was cleaned each day to a high standard, and we had keys which meant we had access to the room 24 hrs.

We could not have found a better accommodation. The owners went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. They added much to our enjoyment of Rome. The apartments are new and beautifully appointed. Very good breakfasts--not the minimum that is often provided elsewhere. Quiet central location near transportation, ATM's, supermarket. A wonderful place to stay.

Highly recommended for anyone who likes people-to-people contact with the owners. This is not an arms-length, business-only establishment (unless you prefer it that way).

Transportation to the airport was provided at a cost 2/3 that of other available transport (train is cheaper but a problem with large bags).

Though we were surprised that the accomodations were on the 4th floor (which ment dragging our considerable amount of luggageup a tiny elevator), the hotel was so much more charming than we expected.

I did not expect the owner and his daughter to be so very nice! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome!

I would better emphasize the closness to the main train station and the Republic Square. We were surprised how convienent the location was!

The owner was very helpful and courteous.

The accommodation was very pleasant, well kept and clean. We also felt very safe there. The property is close to Termini Railway Station and the Metro.

The accommodation is a little hard to find, as the entrance is hidden behind a big wooden door and through a cobbled area.

Well kept, clean and private accommodation with good security, safe and air conditioning. Breakfast consisted of croissant, juice, jam and coffee or tea delivered to the room by the friendly owner and was adequate. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

We were welcomed by somebody in an adjoining building working on behalf of Delia accomodation- she was very polite and nice.

We were very comfortable and felt well looked after. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean throughout.

Next door to the Termini station, good clean accommodation, pleasant staff, one minutes walk to a fantastic italian restaurant and one and a half minutes walk to a great african restaurant, close enough to the Colleseum for a pleasant walk to take you there! What more could you want?

Our accommodation was only five minutes away from Termini and easy to find. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room which was light, airy and very clean and fresh.

A utterly delightful place to stay. Although you do not come into contact with other guests in the hotel by having your breakfast in your room, it only makes it more relaxing and convenient with the coming and goings of being in Rome. The breakfast is plain and adequate, but the coffee shops are close and always tempting.
I would thoroughly recommend The Delia and at the bottom of the courtyard is a wonderful Italian restaurant - so what more could you want?

Our flight was in the early evening so we asked if our luggage could be stored during the day. There was no problem and we were allowed to keep the hotel keys, even though we had a=officially checked out. On our departure we were given a little figureine as a reminder of our stay. A thoughful gesture that only added to our stay in Rome.

Claudia and her father were the consummate hosts. My husband and I spent out first night in a different section of the two apartments than our friends so as not to oust another couple who were staying an extra night. We left out luggage packed and it was moved while we were touring for the day. All four couple were together for the remainder of our stay and they did not rent out the 5th room so that we would have privacy and could come and go without fear of disturbing anyone else. They arranged a 4:30 a.m. transfer to the airport and were kind enough to leave us breakfast fixings. We also had use of the Delia's laptop so that we could all e-mail home. Rooms were bright and comfortable. I appreciated the elevator at the end of the long days hiking around Rome. All 4 couples would highly recommend the Delia for its cleanliness, comforability and location close to Termini. Judy MacLeod

The restaurant just outside the courtyard has good food and wine but the manager undoes the goodwill created by hjis staff by trying to hurry you out so he can seat the next party. He is all but rude.

A gentleman welcomed us to the place and insisted to take care of our suitcases. Delia was located on the 4th floor so we had to take the lift. Once inside the B & B, we were introduced to a young lady named Claudia. Since she had a good command of the English language, communication was not a problem.

Claudia and the gentleman were very nice and helpful. Using the phone book, he took the extra time that evening to find us a Chinese restaurant nearby. Since we were leaving very early the next morning, Claudia made sure we didn't miss our breakfast by having it ready in our room the night before. She even provided us with a plug-in thermos to warm up our coffee. It was only a one night stay, but it was a very pleasant experience.

Since we were leaving very early that morning, our instruction was simply to leave the keys in our room. That was convenient.

The room was really very nice, and it got cleaned everyday, as well as the bathroom.

It was very good we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly.The location was great and easy to find. An added bonus was that the coffee as part of the breakfeast was excellent.We would definatly stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Delia very much. The location was ecellent for travel outside Rome and easy walking distance to many other sites.

As there was nobody else checking into our room the day we were leaving we were kindly allowed to use the room to leave our luggage and even return to have a shower before our flight. We appreciated so much as it was over 30 degrees in Rome that day -sweltering!
