The receptionist could not have been better. He had arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport. On arrival he gave us a map of the city and highlighted the main areas for us to visit. He certainly made us very welcome

The rroms although rather small (but we knew that) are superb. Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast room was excellent and the food deliciuos. An excellent choice was available and the service from Michael was first class.

An excellent small hotel. Superb value and in a wonderful location. Spotllessly clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We will certainly return if we come back to Rome

Room was ready when we arrived at about noon. Our bags and we were taken up by elevator right away.

room was very clean but very small and the lighting was a bit limited. Beds were comfortable and there was a powerful shower. A/C was wonderful after a hot day. Breakfast was quite good and Fausto made great cappuccino and was very gracious. Room was very quiet.

We checked out and were able to store our bags for a half hour while we waited for our driver to Positano.

Pretty, quiet hotel near Vatican. Very small but very nice rooms with small but very nice bath. Individually controlled A/C worked very well. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

I wish I had used the hotels' airport taxi pick up service as it was half the price of the taxi I took from the taxi rank outside the airport.

Very good location and very pleased with our stay. Only thing that could make it better is having pay per view movies in the room as it would be nice to see a film at the end of a long days' sight-seeing.

The desk staff were superb. They picked up Midnight mass tickets for us prior to our arrival. They far exceeded expectations.

Although the rooms were very good, I was not impressed by the size of the junior suite - I expected it to be a lot roomier.
A minor complaint was that the hotel had no iron and the satelite TV that had been installed was not available.

It was e comfotable stay at this Hotel. The only thing I was missing: There is no food suplie what I woul expect of a 4 Star Hotel.
