Met by pre arranged airport transport and taken to Hotel Condotti. Greeted at hotel by Paula. She is very charming, helpful and gracious. Check in was quick and we were soon in our room.

Taxes had not been figured in to the voucher so the check oput bill was $300 US higher than expected but justified.

The taxi was waiting at the airport for us and every effort was made to make us feel very welcome upon arrival. At the desk the clerk even looked at our home address and realised he once worked very close to were we lived. We were able to discuss Brighton with him !

After booking with yourselves I found another website which was offering accommodation at Condotti, at considerably cheaper rates. One would assume these rooms would have been in the annexes.

The staff are very, very helpful. They were always able to answer questions and nothing was too much trouble, The pick up taxi service to and from the airport was well worth the cost.

Small friendly, traditional small hotel. Very central, an ideal place to stay for a short visit. The standard rooms are very basic, if you are staying for a special occassion, upgrade.

I was in the 'Anticco' separate section of the hotel. Spacious room, good wardrobe with plenty coat hangers, nice range of bathroom toiletries, CNN news on Tv, remote control air conditioning which was very efficient, and from my window I could check if there was a table free in the Shaki bar outside. Or, one stride from the front door,another cafe for drinks and food. The hotel for breakfast was 2 mins walk, taxis three mins, metro 4 mins. Great location with a really good restaurant, AI 34 ,right next door to the hotel. But book, its always very busy. Hotel breakfasts, however, not as extensive in choice as I've found elsewhere

Go for this one if its in your budget range. Great location for shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, people watching at the Spanish steps, transport links by bus, metro, or taxi. All virtually on your doorstep,yet all on a pretty quiet street. Good size rooms with excellent facilities in the ' Anticco' section of the hotel

The directions are fine for people coming from the North, or perhaps the airport. We were driving up from Naples On A1. First, we could not recognize when we reached the circle route, signage is different, there seems to be no Route Number for that circle. That junction/turn should be identified for drivers. If I could have turned onto it heading east, I had my exit number planned to come into the city. You need clearer directions for drivers used to US roads which are all clearly numbered and signed.
As for the accommodation, I asked not for a rear view if possible, but that's what I got. No matter, a street view might have been noisier.

Room: very clean, bathroom updated, good water pressure and lighting. Quiet central a-c. Room very, very small,nowhere to sit except on bed, but it's an old building and I requested standard, not superior. The room was adequate to the needs of a tourist who should be out enjoying Rome most of the time. Of course, the location is absolutely perfect. Rooom was quiet. We feel it was a good value for a capitol city.

I was given a professional discount although I did not ask, by the owner because he learned I am a hotel person. It was a volunteered courtesy, much appreciated.

I would recommend it, mentioning several of the attributes above.
However, because the hotel has no staff member to assist guests from the Villa Borghese parking to the hotel, it is an ordeal. I would recommend that NO ONE drive to Rome if possible.

We found all the staff at the hotel very pleasant and helpful. The location was very central and the room was adequate although on the small side, but the roof terrace was a pleasant surprise. I'm glad we upgraded as I think a standard room would have been too small.

The location is really good. Otherwise the room was really small especially for a triple room. The beds are small too to fit into the oom. The third bed was not very comfortable.
Some of the rooms are not in the main hotel building. There are 4-5 rooms in a flat near the main building. The rooms occupay an entire floor of a small flat. There is no lift and the stairs are only one person without luggage. We paid EUR 209 for a bed and breakfast place. The hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars and the room rate is just excessive.

On a quiet side street just off the busy Piazza de Spagna. Excellent location for getting around Rome. Two minute walk to the metro. They arranged for a taxi to the airport and were always helpful and polite. We would stay there again.

Spacious is not a word that one can use about rooms in hotels in Rome at this price level. That apart the room was very clean and very pleasant. My guess is that the image on the website is probably of a larger room and bathroom than we had but I am not really grumbling about that.

Considering I paid less for a suite at the Sheraton Golf hotel it does not compare as far as price is concerned but for somewhere in central Rome it was great.

Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. I wold reccomend the hotel to others. My only suggestion would be to offer free room service for the breakfast buffet to those of us who had to stay in the nearby apartments.

I think that the people who stay at the apartments are at a disadvantage for having breakfast.

Although the location was brilliant and the staff extremely helpful and charming, I was quite disappointed by the size of the room. The room could not have been smaller: one had barely space to walk around the bed! Also the bed was not very confortable (slanting to one side) - I had hoped for better in this price class.
The bathroom, however, was ok and clean.

Everyone was helpful and friendly, however, the hotel left A LOT to be desired. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful... it was in a great area... but the rooms were AWFUL and the walls were paper thin. I didn't feel comfortable walking in bare feet on the carpet in our room-- it looked so dirty.

we had to leave the main property and go around the corner to another building, this was very inconvienent especially for our feeling of security and walking in the cold to go and have breakfast in the main building early in the morning. the rooms and shower were very small but nicely decorated. I have yet to decide if I would suggest this hotel to a friend or stay there myself again...

We were charged for 2 water bottles we were offered at breakfast the morning of checkout. We had simply asked for water. The breakfast is included what's the big deal about complimentary water? We felt it was rude to mention at checkout and left us a bad feeling.

Hotel was in a very good location, but we stayed in the annex and I would not do this again. It is inconvenient and rather drab. In addition, the maid service was not acceptable. They kept forgetting to give us soap and toilet paper.
Also, every morning we had to wait for a table in order to eat breakfast. When one goes to breakfast, one has a day planned and it is unnacceptable that there are not enough tables and chairs in the room to accommodate the guests.

While the location was perfect, the staff excellent, the room was so small we feel unhappy about this. However we enjoyed ourselfes, as we really only spent sleeping in the room. TV quality was poor
