Extremely helpful and to our satisfaction.

The staff were very accommodating as we had to leave early that morning, they opened up the breakfast room earlier that schedule. Which was very much appreciated.

The hotel was beside two very good restaurants which were reasonable cheap.
Walking distance to the main train station. Walking distance to most of the tourist sites. Very reasonable price. Very good breakfast. You felt very much at home.

Get the hotel to put a sign up indicating that it DOES have a bar, and a lounge! Both quite nice! We nearly missed them.

We arrived late at night, 1.00am, although for security reasons the front door was locked there was an immediate reponse and our check in took only a few minutes.

The double room offered a very high standard of cleanliness and decoration, the air conditioning, plumbing, television, hair drier etc. worked at all times. The large bed took up a lot of space in the relatively small room which had, however, sufficient storage space. The hotel was in a quiet location whilst being conveniently situated for transport links.

There was a bus strike on the day of our departure so the hotel arranged for a taxi to the airport. The taxi arrived precisely on time and charged the hotel quoted rate. An excellent sevice from the friendly and helpful staff.

Had a bad experience as soon as I arrived in Rome as my wallet, cash and cards were stolen. The hotel staff were really helpful, and because of their friendliness and understanding helped what started out as a nightmare turn into a wonderful break.

Family atmosphere, knowledgable and friendly staff. near to Central bus and rail station, yet far enough away from the busy centre. A place to relax after a long, hard and enjoyable day of sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants nearby for a wonderful evening meal.

It was nice, but the room was quite small, and the air conditioner was very weak. It was cooler with the window open that with the AC running.

My wife & me were visiting Rome for the first time and we wanted this vactaion to be a memorable experience. We selected Hotel Brasile after exhaustively searching the Internet for decent/affordable accomodation in Rome. We spent 3 nights at this hotel, which met all our expectations. The rooms were clean, tidy & very inviting especially after a long day out exploring the splendours of the 'Eternal City'. We would particularly look forward to the buffet breakfast which had a wide spread and would sustain us for the better part of the day. The Hotel is centally located & is about a 15 minute walk from Termini Station. We would definitely visit Hotel Brasile again if in Rome.

A nice place to stay, if we are looking for a couple of nights. But if they are students as me, it's a little bit expensive.
