The accommodation was excellent - very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast -as much as you wanted. Aldo and his wife were extremely nice people who couldn't do enough for us. We were even invited into their home on the Tuesday evening of our stay to watch Man United (our football team) playing Roma (Aldo's team) and Aldo took it on the chin when we beat them!!

Mr. Aldo and Mrs. Micaela were very friendly and kind. They showed us to our room and offered us a warm welcome. They took time to talk to us about the city, the best ways to get to where we wanted to go and how to get around the city.

The owners' helpfulness and friendliness was one of the best things about our stay. They were always available for helping us out and giving tips and advices about all kinds of things. They made us feel at home and very welcome, which you don't usually get at a hotel. We were very happy to have met them.

A great place for staying, in a calm and nice neighbourhood out of the hustle of Rome's centre but just a short distance from it. In general, I would highly and strongly recommend it to anyone going to Rome!

The owner speaks fluent English and is quite helpful and friendly. He made breakfast for us each morning and then cleaned up after! He also helped us navigate thru the city.
The apartment was spacious and full of character and color.

As we heard from the owner, we would have been able do choose another train connection from the airport to Piazza Bologna - more direct and cheaper - than the one recommended (train to Termini and then Metro).

The ratio quality-price was excellent; for Rome the location is extremely quiet (at night!); the owner gave us all the transportation information we needed and we got around perfectly.

The owner,M.Sanguinetti was very friendly and helpful - and could talk French which made things very easy. On the last day we were able to leave our luggage at the B&B till the early evening when our plane left.

M.Sanguinetti has 2 flats he uses as B&B; the one we had has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. This would be an ideal place for a family with 2 children, for example 2 adolscents aged between 10 and 20. Easy access, metro station just right out the door. As we experienced this is normally very hard to find especially for this price.

Arrangements made by the owner for a shuttle to collect us from the airport which was prompt and very useful as it saved the inconvenience of trying to make our own way to the accomodation in the dark

The only drawbacks to this property are ambient light from piazza and traffic noise. Neither of these bothered me because I brought earplugs and I don't mind extra light at night. I really enjoyed talking with Aldo in the morning when I ate breakfast. The price for the accommodation is just right. If the property were improved with heavy drapes to block out the light and soundproofed windows, then I would say it is a very good value for money. As is, I would say it is a good value for money.

Very smooth checkout. Also, Aldo gave me a better and cheaper suggestion on how to get to the airport from the B&B, which I followed.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Only had to share the bathroom with one other guest. Kitchen is very handy to have too.

A delightful and affordable place to stay in Rome. Friendly host. Very safe for female solo travelers. Inexpensive bakery across the street. Also, Aldo recommended a good place for photo developing so you don't have to take your film through airport x-rays. Can't beat the location right next to the Metro. But take earplugs and eyeshades.

Excellent stay although was a little away from the centre of the city it was on a good transport network so was easy to get around. appartment was large and comfortable and staff helpful and friendly at all times

The hosts were extremely friendly. Aldo was helpful in giving us directions to places of interest and even helped us make reservation to visit Villa Borghese. His wife, Daniella, attended to our needs promptly. We had a very pleasant 3 days stay here.

Parking was difficult and there was no sign on the building, other than the address. We live in Italy so it was not that difficult. I do not believe that I had, with me, the exact directions to the property, so I cannot say for sure if what you provide was adequate or not.

It was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice and the owners were pleasant and helpful. For getting around Rome,it was very easy with the subway stop just out the door of the building. I would stay there again.

We were unable to find lifts to take us to the correct platform in the Rome Termini which caused some difficulties with dragging heavy suitcases.

We would recommend the B&B Bologna as an economical and comfortable place to stay. The trains can be crowded but there is an excellent bus service to the city. The staff were wonderful.

The owner of the B&B , Aldo and Daniela were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at the B&B very much. Good location, directly in front of underground station and bus stop. Easy access Fuminicino airport through local train.

Piazza Bologna is quite confusing, many intersections (looking very similar to one another, especially at night!). It would be helpful to note the name of the side street that Bologna B&B is located on.

The receptionist was always friendly und gave us a lot of special help using the public trafic or helped us to find a wonderful restaurant near by. He prpared the breakfast at any time we need.

We think, it would be helpful to have a link outside on the street to find the rooms faster.
The bathroom should have a different shower, because the entrance was very small and it would be fine to have the possibility for an hair dryer inside the bathroom.
