We loved it so much we stayed there again at the end of the week before our return flight. ... Clearer directions. Maybe mention that its off a small street easily missed if not paying attention. ... Great hotel, good food, bit on the outskirts but would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself was fantastic – the design and layout was better than any hotel I have stayed in previously and their attention to detail was, to say the least, impressive (subtle branding everywhere) The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful or friendly. Cleaning was to a high standard and regularly carried out Rome is a fantastic destination Easily reachable by taxi from ciampino and city centre the location is a bit out of the way and access to it and the local public transport can be problematic at times (up / down a large hill, down a road with no pavement that leads to a supermarket and then through the supermarket car park also, then over a foot bridge).
The room information promised English spoken Satellite TV and in room entertainment – neither of these were in existence and in terms of English spoken channels there was only one – BBC World Service The continental buffet breakfast wasn’t particularly conducive to the English palate – I personally enjoyed it, however my girlfriend who has more ‘traditional’ tastes didn’t really get on with it – perhaps a better or fresher selection of pastries and juices would go some way to solving it ... I’m sorry that there is more negative than positive feedback as this leads the reader into thinking it was a bad experience – on the contrary - we had a great stay in a great hotel and would definitely consider returning again
