A lovely room, but noisy from the street.
No telephone in the room or entire B & B was inconvenient. Also, would have liked for tv to have picked up at least one English channel- CNN or BBC.
Good location for sight seeing, restuarants, etc.
Would highly recommend this place.

B&B Susy was a warm haven after getting lost on the train/metro and dragging around heavy baggage in the rain. We were given great directions over the phone and were personally escorted to the building from the Metro. The personal touch combined with the superb accommodations was really appreciated.

We were graciously allowed to keep our baggage in the room to accommodate a later checkout so that we could attend a papal audience.

There is no receptionist at B&B Susy so we had to call the number we had on the voucher, after my very poor Italian and Susy's better english two ladies met us within 5 minutes, might be better if they timed their arrival with the inbound laning time.

Location is great for Vatican but not too msny cosy bars and restaurants (many are on the main roads in the area). The ones we went to where very good though and reasonably priced as not in the main tourist area.

Excellent accomodation, comfortable, spotlessly clean and friendly staff.

The woman who greeted us on arrival was extremely polite and helpful. We felt right at home from the first moment we arrive.

The rooms were more than we expected. They were very clean and so well decorated. The place is very nice and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and extremely clean. The floors were shiny and the bathrooms are a very good size.

Even though we left very early for the airport, there was somebody there to serve us breakfast. Even with the language barrier we understood each other.
I forgot pair of glove I had bought in Florence and they are mailing it to me free of charge.

The street where it is located is very quiet at night. The people living in the building are very nice and quiet. There is an elevator to facilitate getting to the B&B with your luggage.
There are very nice little restaurants nearby and especially IL Collibri, just a few streets from the B&B.
It is a very short walk to the Vatican and to the subway. The cleanliness of this place is remarkable.

It is the most charming B&B in Rome and at that price, it is a steal.

Charming B&B, very comfortable and luxurious. The room was very spacious and very tastefully decortated. Great location, very near to all the sites with local shops and restaurants just round the corner. The owner was a lovely lady who made us very welcome even though we couldn't speak Italian and she couldn't speak English, a lot can be said with smiles and hand gestures.
We would definitly use the site again and maybe even go back to B&B Susy.
We totally enjoyed our stay and cannot speak highly enough of the experience.

We thought the breakfast was very poor. Packaged croissants and bread -nothing fresh. Also, apart from the fact that it stated on the web that we could pay by credit card they tried to make it difficult for us and said they could only accept credit card payment 10 times per year!!

Conveniently situated close to the Vatican, lovely clean rooms and reasonably priced although it's not worth getting up for the breakfast!

We did not use your directions because when I printed out the map, it was too small to read. So instead, we bought a map of Rome.
The owner was not there when we arrived because we got there one hour earlier than we had thought. However, we called her on her cell phone and she arrived within 10 minutes.

Since we left at 6 am to go to the airport, she did not make breakfast. Instead she gave us juice boxes and 2 croissants the night before but we still had to pay the full rate.

The owner did not allow us to use our credit card stating that the machine was broken. Therefore, we had to go out and get cash to pay her. I tend to think that she was not telling the truth - our experience was that most people who own b&b's in Italy do not want to accept credit cards even though they state it on their website and in their materials.

The b&b is a very nice place to stay, and the owner was very friendly. The room was very comfortable and had air conditioning. It's somewhat off the beaten path in terms of location in that it's not set in the heart of Rome.

Slight confusion on which direction to go when departing the metro, but we lucked out and picked the right way to go.

It is an apartment only and there is no access to a common area after the breakfast hour. In the evening you may not want to be consigned only to your room, but be out in the dining/living area. This is unavailable.

Very cute. Small bathrooms, but that's to be expected. Generous sized bedrooms and comfortable bed.

Got a cab from airport so was easy to find. The owner was very welcoming and despite our lack of a common language we worked out all the details without any fuss and where shown around, etc.

B&B Susy was lovely. One of the best experiences of any place I have stayed. Clean, attractive, spacious. Very friendly and accommodating. I would definately stay again or recommend to others.

Air conditioner is turned off by the staff so when returning for siesta, the room was hot.
Mention the airport shuttle with their web address.
Satalite TV consisted of mostly Arab channels, would like to see more American news channels.
Amenities that were not included: shampoo, soap,etc. fridgobar, robes.

Nice B&B with small rooms & basic service. It was quiet and very convenient to Vatican City & the metro stop.
