The receptionist was very very nice and
helpful.

A wonderful place really very well
situated in the heart of Roma from where
you can easily go to interesting
touristic places by feet. The elevator is
a bit noisy otherwise the place is very

The property is situated on an upper floor and affords peace and quiet from street level noise.

I would have no hesitation in recommmending this property to friends visiting Rome. It provides good quality accommodation, within close walking distance to many of the city's major attractions. The reliable rail metro system is also closeby for those visiting places further afield.

WE were greeted warmly and accomodated very well the young lady that checked us in also gave me some booklets and brouchers from her own collection and on one evening even lent us her corkscrew for our wine.....

The only disapointment was the breakfast service It was not a set table with any choices I realize it was a continental breakfast however it was sparse and it was sitdown eat and go....no lingering over a second cup.....oh well the hotel itself was good value for the money

clean,comfortable,quiet,definetly ask for the big king sized room... great bathroom shower was small however it did accomodate my husband 6'2'and he could turn around it it as well...... I would have no problem recomending this property Rose Marie Doerries

Very convenient location between termini and the main tourist attractions. Very convenient to get from the b&b to restaurants.

It was on the fourth floor; I don't think this was mentioned, so I wasn't exactly sure where to go once I was in the building.

They had a security door which is locked at night. It is a bit difficult to unlock without being shown how. Perhaps the managers should show this to all clients.

Clean, comfortable, secure, private, close to transport and centrally located. Within walking distance of many sites worth visiting. Has small fridge and a safe for valuables/passports. Breakfast is at a trattoria very close by.

Very helpful and nice staff at all times. My only complaint is that the shower is a bit small(even for an Asian woman with only 110 pounds like me!) But everything else are good. We were given coupons for breakfast at a nearby Italian restaurant (less than 1 minute walk), which served us breakfast even after 11am. Nice!

We took a cab and were glad we did. The B and B was not clearly identified on the door so we would have had a difficult time finding it.

We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was minimal but the staff was very helpful. They pursued getting a cab for us to pick up a rental car, made probably 10 calls for us. The location is convenient to the Metro, we would definitely stay there again.

This B&B was clean, the staff helpful, location convenient, breakfast minimal...worth the cost.

the room is very nice best of all the rooms during our italy trip....main problem was there is no one available full time....so while checking in and checking out both time nobody was there so had to call them by phone...but when we entered the room all frustration was gone ....so overall will recommend this one

We were not sure if we were allowed to use the computer to check our accounts and emails. Possibly that could have been a little more clear, but not a big deal.

Very convenient and secure location with a nice 'included' breakfast served in the restaurant located nextdoor. The restaurant became our main choice for eating meals because the food was wonderful as well as affordable. Everyone was very friendly and kind.

Everything was OK.

Everything was OK, except:
- there was a privet room next to ours. Somebody entered and closed it often and very noisy.
- Breakfasr: The bread was not fresh.
