i think this hotel is a true find. Even though the neighborhood is a little limited in the food and shopping availability everything about the hotel was wonderful.

I would say that it is very convient to the train station and easily accessable to everything by cab. The rooms were extremely comfortable with a staff that was constantly helpful and pleasant. It was a true find.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful in offering us a map and showing us exactly where we were and how to access all the major sites of Rome. She also had very good English - which really put us a ease.

One thing I might suggest - when people arrive suggest to them to look at the services of the hotel when they get to their room, for fear they need laundering etc.
This was something we did need, but we were too late to use the laundery service for when we required it - even though we asked almost 12 hours in advace!

Again the staff were beyond belief helpfull and we really couldn't have asked or expected anything more. She was such a delight and so amazingly helpfull.

For the location I would say very good value for money. Be prepared for a walk to the major sites of Rome though, but this is also done inexpensavily by taxi. The area is quiet, and peacefull and a welcome relief from the hussle and bussle, at the end of the day, from down town Rome.
STAY THERE!!

Was provided with a map. Given a brief on the tourist activities/sight seeing locations and advised on being carefull re the pickpockets etc. Was given some idea of the distances to certain attractions and also what to expect for cab fares.

Breakfast offered was good in terms of variety and quality. Staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Arranged for a taxi which was very reliable and efficient.

Recently renovated, tastefully decorated and spacious by european standards. Kept very clean. Good quality bed, bedding , furnishing and bath facilities.Friendly staff who recognize you the second day you are there and are quick to respond to requests.

Very accomodating... we arrived very early and it was no problem dropping our bags. By the time we returned from lunch, everything was in our room.

Very enjoyable. We felt secure and staff was able to help us get anything. For instance, they ordered us train tickets to Sicily and walked us to pick up the tickets a block away.

They were very patient with us 3 young American men who greatly overslept checkout time. Plus we were able to leave bags until we left.

The wi-fi system seemed to get weaker as you approached the upper floors, somtimes we had to stay in the lobby to connect our laptops to the internet.

Elegent, simple... great quiet neighborhood, friednly staff, spoke English well.

THE HOTEL ARRANGED TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT WHICH WAS EXCELLENT

THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL, EXPECIALLY SIMONA AND GIOVANNI WERE ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. THEIR RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS WERE RIGHT ON THE MARK. WERE WERE VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH THE HOTEL. WE WILL RETURN.

The web site stated that the hotel was a few minutes (I think it said 5 minutes) walk from the Spanish Steps. Acutually, it was 15 -20 minutes away.

Clean, comfortable, staff was polite and helpful. Hotel not quite as convenient to the central part of town as advertised.

Beautiful hotel - room excellent. Very quiet and well situated to see the attractions of Rome. Lots of nice restaurants in the area all reasonably priced. Would stay here again, although the price was more than in other hotels.

We got a very small room the first night but We were offered a much nicer a suitable room the following day as soon as we complain

A friendly and well located restaurant.The staff was courteus and helpful at all times.The rooms were spacious and beautiful decorated.We could not fault the hotel or their staff in any way and I would not hesitate in recomending it to friends.
