Roma is a very beautiful city. Angeli di Matilde B&B is a quite place. It is romantic and cosily house. That everything is wonderfully. If I have a job in Italy, I will stay and live in Roma.

The Direction were very clear apart from when you come out of the train station you need to walk behind the yellow building to find the tram stop stated in the directions. other than that they were perfect

Room was very nice and bigger than we thought it would be. Bathroom is small but have everything you need for a short stay. very clean and tidy. Kitchen was nice and drinks and breakfast was always available

Have visited another part of Italy a few years ago and this B&B was excellent value comparted to my last stay (in a different B&B)

Our stay was excellent and would recommend to anyone visiting room. Trams and bus were regular and B&B is easy to get to from the tram stop

Can't understand how others have commented on difficulty. The tram from Termini stops at the bottom of the street. Brilliant!

Basic - but basically all you need. Excllent value for money. It's secure, clean and comfortable.
It's a bit of a journey (20 to 25 minutes) into the city centre but the transport connections are superb - the No 81 bus takes you to all the places you could want to visit.

when we arrived, some hours late we were giver the warmest of welcomes and a coffee. our host was very helpful and friendly giving us literature and information regarding local amenities and the best ways to get around Rome.
it was easy to reach by tram and bus and i would highly recommend it to anyone.

not the most centralised location, but for us it was perfect as it is so close to the tram links yet in a slightly quieter area than the busy center.

I had a wonderful time. big and very good breakfast. cristian, elisabetta and tania were very polite and always available for us. I also had a 1 year old baby with me. at my arrive cristian did his best to accomodate a bed for my baby (for free).

Clean and comfortable B&B in a residential area just 100 metres from a busy street, but yet really quiet. Just 15 minutes by tram to the very center of Rome. Very nice place, nice staff, good coffee :)

The instructions to get to the property neglect to say that you have to walk two blocks (in a particular direction) to find the tram. There are so many buses in the area of Termini that are also labeled 5 and 14. We waited an hour for a bus that never came and then took a taxi and noticed the tram 2 blocks away from Termini.

A hair dryer would be a great addition to the room. Breakfast would be benefitted with fruit, plain cereal (no sugar added) decaffinated coffee and caffinated tea.

Delightful hosts, exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about getting around. Comfortable bed. Good location.

Neighborhood was a little scary. There were no signs outside with the name of the B & B on them. The room was very small, but was clean.

the breakfasts were disappointing - no kettle was provided to make tea and the food supply in the fridge wasn't replenished throughout our 4 days there

was told to get off tram at 10th stop....could have stopped on & got a lot nearer to b&b and not have to walk so far with luggage!!!!!!

Very cramped. Only suitable for overnight stay.
Enjoyed patio area.

Useful accomodation for an overnight stay. Very good Super-market and trattoria close by. Close to bus route. Make sure you have lots of insect repellent.
