We had a lovely time at this hotel. The only downside was the breakfast which was dry packaged toast. Everything else was very good.Coffee making facilities and/or accesss to the kitchen would have been nice.

delightful, typical Italian pensione. VERY clean, spacious. Basic facilities, but VERY clean, warm and comfortable.

It was a little tough to find the entrance, due to the size of the sign? Not really a big deal, more comical.

Our room was larger than the photo's on-line.
We did see one of the other rooms and that room was very small. thankfully we were not staying in that room!
Very friendly staff!

Great location, good value assuming you get a good sized room.

The lady in charge is very nice and very accomodating . The room is big but it was only renovated cosmetic. The tv is not working properly. However, the location is excellent it is only one block to Fontana de Trevi . THe continental breakfast is ok. Coffee is good . There are 51 steps to go up to the rooms. It is not recommended to senior citizens.

I would recommend the place to younger people.

We had booked a shuttle to pick us up at the airport which never arrived. After a couple of phone calls we were told something about a strike. The manager at the B&B hadn't been told anything about it. We caught a cab but waited for sometime at the airport wondering what was happening. Needs to be notification if there is an issue.

Receptionist did not speak English, so it was difficult/impossible to communicate. On the phone with someone speaking English, things got clear. It was not clear before, that we should have paid the stay at arrival and in cash.

Staff was available only at breakfast with no English skills so there was not much communication.
Facilities we needed were available (air-conditioning, own toilet and shower).
Rooms were clean and quiet but bed-sheets and towels were not changed.
Breakfast was minor but ok.

Checking out was just leaving keys on your door. We still saw the staff and said thank you and bye.

Paying policy would be nice to know beforehand. That you should to have cash at arrival. Anyway, it was flexible to pay it after two days.

Nice tiny place with all you need (= air-conditioning + own toilet and shower) at very good place.

There was a lot of confusion in the beginning. When we came at 6 pm, we were installed in a 4-bed room with lots of roomspace, and no further explanation.
When we came back from the town late night, there was a note thrown under the door with a message, that we had to move our things next morning to a different room.
It was rather confusing !!!

There was too many things that didn't work. We expected a queensize bed, but it was in 2 parts. It parted all the time.
There was too little space in the breakfastroom for all the guests.
Stairs and door in the building was in a bad condition
...
too expensive. we'll book a hotel next time
