The breakfast that was included in our stay was absolutely fabulous at the Red Hot Blues restaurant if you like American type breakfasts. The hotel was very clean, easy to find, and close to Prague city centre..within walking distance to everything. Free internet access was a pleasant surprise.

The staff were very accomodating to arrange a taxi for 5 people as we had to be at the airport by 4:00 a.m. They also were so kind to give us breakfast and fruit the night before for our early departure.

We received a 5% discount for paying cash at checkout.

i also filled in an evaluation form on site--it was available in the room, and i gave them a few suggestions for improvement :)

the ladies at the desk were very helpful in also booking me a cab for the airport--i appreciated their help :)

maybe you should announce people they should get their wi-fi password from the desk--otherwise, it doesn't work, you know :)

just fine! good location, clean, value for money :) the furniture arrangement in the room is a little awkward, and i hit my legs a couple of times, but others might not have the same problem...

My flight arrived earlier and there was no problem checking into the hotel before the normal check-in time.
