superb location, wonderful views of the astronomical clock from the front bedrooms. Really nice hotel

We had reserved the attic suite - which was beautiful - but had not access via a lift. Althought there was a lift in the hotel - it did not service this part of the hotel - very crucial to two members in our party that were 80 years plus. The reception did a nice job of relocating us to rooms that meet our needs. ... The desk help was very polite and accomodating.
