the receptionist in the windsor opera hotel was very nice and helpful.we were even allowed to check in before the usual time,which was 1pm and we arrived there at 11am.

our room was quiet spacious and specially the bathroom,which was great.the room was also very clean and the maid service was provided every day at a very good standard.

checking out was without any problems and it didn`t take long.

The rooms were newly decorated and the bathrooms were spotless. We could have done with a shower screen or curtain. The rooms were a little small.

The hotel is ordinary looking from the outside but the internal renovation it has obviously recently had is to a very high standard. Funky aeroplane style foyer and the rooms are comtemporary in style with very comfortable beds.

The room, a double, was a little small for 2 adults and 1 toddler but perfectly ok otherwise. Bathroom was a decent size. The staff were polite and helpful. I couldn't really fault anything for our stay and it was pretty much what I expected for the price. It was located on a quiet side street and within a few minutes walk of the grand boulevard and the metro stations (bon nouvelle being the closest). I wouldn't have any qualms about staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor Opera a great deal. The price was right, and the room was big and clean. The area surrounded the hotel gave us a good look of how people in Paris live and enjoy their daily lives. An indoor market was located between Eurostar and the hotel, worthy of exploring. Highly recommended.

This was a very pleasant hotel, quiet while still in a very central location. The rooms, although a little dated with regard to decor, were large by Paris standards. The staff were most helpful. All in all, this was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely go back again.

Very enjoyable stay, bigger than the average budget hotel room and very well located.

Friendly, spacious by Parisian standards, comfortable and excellent value for money. Desk staff were very helpful in finding a lovely non-touristy restaurant to celebrate our engagement in the most romantic capital in the world!

Only one electric plug in the room,this had the Mini-bar,Kettle and TV plugged in.
No spare plug for anything else.
Air Conditioning did not work.

Handy to get to all the tourist places using the Bonne Nouvelle Metro.
