Our stay at the Victoria Palace was wonderful. The employees all were very helpful, polite, and even better, had no problem speaking English, as our French was weak at best. We had asked for a pick up from a limo at the Gare de Lyon, and the driver, waited and searched for us patiently, for over an hour, as we were waiting in the wrong area. The Madame at the hotel walked us through the entire experience via cell phone, and was so polite to the confused Americans!

I would highly recommend this establishement to all our friends and anyone else interested in lovely surroundings- spacious compared to typical Paris accomodations, and beautifully decorated.
We were thrilled and plan to come back.
We stayed in the adjoining suites - one for parents, the other for kids, and were grateful they were within one larger suite area- this is a rarity in Paris hotels.

Spacious, tastefully decorated, off the beaten path, so therefore very private, but also close to the Metro, and nightlife.

Greg recognized me from a previous phone call and personally showed us various rooms that were available to us, allowing us to make a choice. Extremely well done.
