I have stayed in Victor Hugo several times before, but always in a single room without breakfast. I didn't know, this time, that I had paid for breakfast and the staff never told med. Therefore I paid for breakfast for two but did not have any. Hopefully a misunderstanding ... I will continue to use Victor Hugo as it is close to my meeting point when I visit Paris. ... Very good value for the money.

We were very pleased with the hotel and will recommend it to others--it was located just where we wanted to be in Paris--the reception was very friendly and helpful--our room was quiet(a bit small but adequate) We knew where it was so we didn't need directions--exceeded expectations. ... Great! ... Helpful. ... All was cleara and positive---- ... definitely recommended
