I love your hotel, I will always stay there if I can. Your concierge staff was exceptionally and repeatedly helpful.

A small gem, beautifully located in a quaint and lively part of the old town, with lots of color. The staff was extremely helpful. I would always stay there in the future.

All of the staff were extremely helpful with making reservations and helping with directions.

As we were in a bit of a hurry, the staff was great about having our bill ready when we got back from a short stroll so that we could check-out quickly.

We loved the location, on a quiet side street but very close to the Metro (2 blocks) and the wonderful Rue Buci (great gelati shop steps away and several nice cafes as well as a grocery store around the corner and a patisserie).

A quaint, quiet and intimate hotel in a fabulous location within walking distance of the Metro (2 lines), Luxembourg gardens and I'Isle de la Cite (Notre Dame). We loved it.

It was a normal and eventles check in procedure as one would expect from a 3 star hotel

Reception, hall, bar, breakfast room and rooms were as described i the website and in very good order. Stairs and corridors are in a dreadful condition and when walking to the the room for the first time they make you feel you are going to have problem with the room which eventually was not the case. Great need for improvement.

The hotel was excellent and just what we wanted. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very generous - we hardly needed lunch!
On the first night we were given a superior room (I think) for the price of a standard room. This was on the top floor and was light and quiet. For subsequent nights we moved to the second floor (no complaints about that) but being lower down on what is a very narrow street with lots of restaurants and bars it was a lot noisier at night and was quite disturbing. None of us minded because we were out late ourselves and it is obvious that it is a very lively area but if any of your customers wanted a quiet visit they would be advised to ask for a room on the upper floors. I do emphasise that this is NOT a complaint. The hotel was exclelnet value for money and I have already recommended it to one of my colleagues at work - with the suggestion that she should aks for a room on the top floor!

You really need shower curtains or something to contain water when showering. Our bathroom was soaked everytime we showered.
Tried to connect to the wireless Internet using a wi-fi card on my laptop, but could never get a signal.
Otherwise, the room was very well-kept and clean. Really great windows - I loved being able to open them wide like that.

We requested change to one double room because the other bed was a folding travel bed. We got a bigger room for the second night which was brand new and very nice.
Breakfast was also very nice and so was the hotel location. In short we were very pleased.

The rooms are mostly for double bed rooms and fairly small.

New rooms that are larger (two small rooms combined) - add to website. Old rooms too small for two separate beds.

Excellent location, not cheap but comfortable due to good logistics.

Asked for two rooms to accomodate three people in each..one room ok...the other, the third bed was basically a fold away cot, 2 inch mattress, and 2 of the wooden slats to support the mattress were cracked/broken....also, the thrid bed was in front of the closet which did not allow use...we had a bit of a time to get sorted, but the finally came around...better bed, repostioned in the room....the rooms really did not accomodate three people (basically small double room with a thrid bed crammed in)a well, and I was essentially charged for a triple room.....

Gret Location...Great breakfast and breakfast room...the only issue really was a thriple room ws requested and I paid for this, but really only gog a double with a bed crammed in....and initially, the thrid bed in one of the rooms was crap.....it took some time, I asked if we could be moved to bigger rooms to accomodate three, but they said they ahd none....so the 'triple room' was misleading on the website.......
