I feel that a sign at the enterance door would be helpful and make it easier to find the hotel

The hotel was very clean and staff were extreamly friendly and helpful.The hotel was of easy excess to all the city site, metro and airports.

We were a party of three rooms but did not get rooms on same floor as requested.
Arrived late, midnight, night receptionist gave us a room which was clearly already occupied, had to return for different room.

Hard to judge above questions as I had stayed there before and like the locations.
Intimicy of hotel is also a bonus + I love the little breakfast room.

Appreciated facility to leave your bags for the day + the use of a toilet when we came back to pick up the bags but did not have a room anymore.

The receptionist offered us the shuttle to the airport, but never explained that it had to pick up other people, so we could keep that in mind when planning the arrival at the airport in order to be on time for our flight. I suggest this detail is expressed to all users of the airport shuttle service.
