Staff were not especially knowledgeable about the area. We were unable to get good recommendations for places to eat. We were unable to get directions to an internet cafe. With hand-holding effort, we were able to get the receptionist to confirm our airplane reservations.

Particularly spacious rooms, compared to comparable priced hotels in area. Some rooms face onto main intersection and are quite noisy. The bathroom smelled bad from time to time, perhaps because of plumbing issues?

Advise to get a room that does not face the main intersection.

We were assigned the two best rooms in the
hotel; windows and balconies in the room AND
the bathroom. Rooms were as in #8 above.

Best location and value in Paris. Between
three metro stops. On the left bank a few
blocks from Notre Dame Cathedral. Friendly and
helpful staff. Room and bath(Rm. #532) were
large and cleaned every day. One and one half
blocks from an American restaurant that serves
American breakfasts.

Everything was ok. We even became an extra portion Coffee every morning, as we asked for.- no extra charge.

we was to girlfriends in paris on shopping tour, so our Baggage was quiet havy - and we get all the help we needed from the staff.

the brasserie in front of the hotel make good diner for few money, and near the bus and metrostation jussieux was an algerien restaurant with an excellent cous cous.

Dont go to the paradis latin , dont take this hotel if you want to go out later on the evening, because after 00.3o there's no way to come 'home' .it is perfect for all daily excursions.

the hotel itself was clean and attractive and exactly what we wanted.

the location is perfect for tourists. a 10 minute walk from Notre Dame, the Seine, the metro, a market and the Latin quarter.
Great accomodation

I think the location should be emphasized. it really is very central and easy to find your way around the city even as a tourist

Cardinal Lemoine metro station was closed and will be for a while. We had to get off at the Jussieu station and walked which wasn't a problem. It was a quick walk but involved many stairs up from the metro as there was no escalator. With our luggage the stairs provided a challenge, but we made it up there just fine.

It's very close to Place des Vosges and the Bastille isn't far either. Good notes to put on the location section.

The quaint balcony overlooked the bustling street which was lovely. The room was perfect after a day of walking. We were thankful for a clean bed, bathroom and some space to call home for the night.

the room that we had was very small. i stated in my order that we need a room for 4 people. we were 2 adults and 2 children and we got a room that is suitable for 2 with 2 extra beds. i dont know maybe it's the standart in paris because i know paris rooms are small, but this room was to small and the hotel must let people know that this is the situation. anyway it was a nice and clean hotel and in very good area.

The people at the desk on the weekend were fabulous, but the people at the desk during the week weren't as nice or helpful. Also, the internet stopped working about 3 days into our 7 day stay and was not fixed, we weren't psyched about that, it was quite inconvenient.

We made it very complicated for him due to our need for reimbursements and he handled it with grace -- we truly appreciated it.

It was clean and comfortable. For our purposes, it was also a great location. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful and we were pleased with the accommodation over all and would stay there again.
