It was really great, the hotel´s location is simply PERFECT...!!!
I did this trip with my mother, I already knew Paris, but my Mom...
She love your Hotel and I also love it...
Next time I´ll visit Paris, I´ll let you know for my reservation...
The only thing that I can recommend, is that if you can accept to pay the bill before the arriving date, since the online reservation maybe better...
because when you arrive... you want to spend all the money... and you don´t want to pay the Hotel´s bill...

It´s not a 'cheap' hotel... but the location, the rooms and the quality of the hotel and staff is very fair for the price that you pay...

Maybe you should explain how the neighborhood is so quiet even when it´s so near from the Arc de Triumph...

Hotel Neva is an excellent location. It is metro accessible. The Eiffel Tower is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There is a supermarche (supermarket) that is one block from the hotel. Also, there are tons of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. We seldom had to take a taxi.

The receptionist was so wonderful, we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Quaint, very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Arc de Triomphe and many sites and just a few blocks to the metro. yellow van service to the airport was great, arranged for by the receptionist.

We asked for a double bed - we got two single beds pushed together
...
The beds were very hard, not comfortable. We had a problem with a light bulb which kept flashing so the lamp was unuseable for two days because the hotel did nothing the first day and couldn't find the right bulb the second day
...
The room was much smaller than the photo on the web site led us to believe.

The small size of the hotel itself was appealing and it was convenient to some things. A non-smoking room would have been nice, but probably doesn't exist The staff was reasonably bi-lingual
