I Cannot speak highly enough of our 2 days at the hotel. One item stood out above all others and that was the help and friendliness of the female receptionist. She could not do enough for us especially when we had to store 2 bags there while we went to the South of France.

As experienced travellers we needed laundry facilities. It would be helpful to note the nearest Wash and dry laundrette which is just near the glass archway a short distance from the hotel.

Handy to all the things we needed including the tour buses just around the corner.

There was no parking at the hotel, it was about 1/2 mile away, there were no porters and no luggage trolleys.

Due to a mistake on my part, the hotel understood that we were booking out on the Wednesday, rather than Thursday. However, with the minimum of fuss, they were able to extend our stay for a further night, for which we were very grateful.

We arrived on an early morning flight and the front desk manager did everything possible to get our room ready earlier than normal check in time.

The reception hote staff are excellent and provided first class advice and services whwnever we required them; booking taxis, directions to shops etc etc

The location to Paris vision tours is very handy; Transport to airport can be arranged. Internet available. The location is superb as it is so close to the Tulleries
metro station etc etc. uggage storage provided.

Excellent prime location in Paris providing very good value accomodation with reception staff who are absolutely focused on making their guests welcome.

This hotel was very quaint. It was very clean and I had no problems with the staff or anything else. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was good but one of the drapes kept coming off the hook, letting light in from across the street. I used the chair to re-hook it more than once.
New locksets for hall door would be good. We could tell from all the noise others had problems with them too. We finally got the hang of it but it shouldn't be that annoying.

Our superior room faced the street which was very noisy. We didn't want to use the air conditioner but finally had to so we could close the windows. We were told all superior rooms face the street - oh bien.
We did like that it was a small hotel. House keeping was very good and she was very friendly (that makes a difference!).

I think the costs were the same as quoted but I haven't checked to confirm. Because we stayed 10 nights we were asked to pay after the first week. That caught us by surprise.
The 12 euros per person for breakfast was way too much. We only did that once.
Costs for internet use was also too high.

Its a great location but its close proximity to the Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries, and Metor may be lost on those not familiar with Paris. The website's map you would think is enough but I'd stress location as much as possible

If you are looking for a small hotel in a great location this would be a very good choice.

We were very happy at Emeraude Hotel Louvre Montana, and will not hesitate to stay there again during our next visit to Paris. We stayed at this hotel already several times during the past years.
