The team were superb. They were helpful courteous and extremely attentive.

The room was fantastic. The services were as stated and perfectly positioned.
The only 2 issues we had were:
1. For the price, breakfast was not included. It was a further 60 Euros per day, which seemed a little steep.
2. The offered DVDs to borrow, however, added 10 Euros per DVD that we borrowed.
Otherwise, the hotel was superb.

Warm friendly hotel. Family atmosphere. The staff seem to know your name and are extremely helpful. Nothing is too much. The food delicious and well worth trying. The location is fantastic.
A must to stay at.

Great location, next door to new hot restaurant L'atelier de Joel Robuchon which does not take reservations. Rooms are smallish but nicely furnished. Staff very accomodating.

Loved the small room which had a view of the Eiffel Tower, on the top floor.

Not sure whether we actually got a 'junior suite' as booked or whether it was a standard room.

A great hotel but painfully expensive for the size of room we received-- even by Paris standards!
