The hotel's location is not as ideal as I would have liked. It's a bit too tucked away.

The map on the website was great but there was no option to PRINT it. That would make it much easier. Our hotel experienced a leak so they had to set us up at a hotel down the road for one night. When we returned, we were given one of their nicest rooms at no extra charge. The situation was handled extremely well and we could not have been happier.

excellent. I would have told them to go ahead and pay more for the nicer rooms with the wood beams if they had the option. We were given the nicer room at no extra charge because of their leak problem. It was a beautiful room.

The staff was very welcoming and let us check in early.

The staff and room were wonderful - the room was spacious, especially the bathroom.

The staff was ready at check out. They arranged for a taxi the night before (and checked to make sure it was coming the next morning) that they were sure would take a credit card.

I'm not sure if you mention how they cater to tourists and children - the lady there gave my son candy and was very kind to him. She spoke to him very respectfully.

My son and I arrived in a strange city that quickly became our best friend, thanks to the staff at Hotel du Ministere. They gave great directions, had good breakfast and coffee, went the extra mile to help us in every way! We consider Hotel du Ministere our home away from home and cannot wait to return!
