The staff speaks good English and makes you feel welcome.
I could even check in very early and could grab a quick, free-of-charge coffee.

I had a room facing the inside courtyard which was a bit of an eyesore. It would have been great to have had a street view but then, I was on a business trip and the room was only to sleep in.
To your question nr. 7: I did not check out all of the facilities and cannot really compare to the website.

I would describe the hotel as a bit basic but very well located, amongst other things right around the corner from the Air France bus drop-off.
It is also a hop-step-and-jump from the Champs d'Élysee.

We arrived on a morning flight and therefore arrived at the hotel early. They allowed us to check in to our room there and then. - Fantastic!

A great room with even better views however the tea & coffee facilites were not refreshed and lacking in substance.

I felt that the quality of the accommodation was rather basic for the rather expensive sum of 160 Euros per night - (not including breakfast). We felt we paid a premium price for the location of the hotel alone. Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly that apart.

WE were expecting a larger room, like the one we stayed in before. The room was very small for 3 adults and you had to move the single bed to get at the wardrobe. Otherwise everything was fine.

We have stayed there before but were disappointed in the room we had this time. The one we had before was on the 2nd floor I think and was much larger. The bathroom was very smart.
