They arranged shuttle service to the airport for us.

The in-room coffee service was extraordinary. My husband jokingly said that when you call for coffee in your room you'd better be ready for it because they're waiting outside the door! The only difficulty was in getting in and out of the bathtub but I find similar difficulties in many places in Europe. (Bathtubs tend to be high and do not have sliding doors or shower curtains.)

I booked a triple bed room. We got a twin room with a separate annexe with a single room. Much more spacious than expected and additional privacy for the 3rd person.

Great, great location. Even though it is on a busier street, it was very quiet. Easy access to the metro, Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, the Louvre. Perfect. I also really-really appreciated the wi-fi.

It is hard to evaluate this question. The dollar has lost so much value, it was very expensive. On the other hand, very comparable to nearby locations.

The Hotel is in a wonderful location. The staff were always accomodating and friendly. The rooms nice. The bathrooms seemed new.

They were glad to hold luggage for us while wed had a few extra hours. they were very helpful.

The location is fabulous for a family... near the metro,very close to Notre Dame, and a lively area for restaurants and things to see. The staff was friendly. The rooms nice and clean. One was roomy and one was small. The front room had a great view. We enjoyed our stay.

Without any promises I received the room that I requested which made our stay in Paris even more enjoyable. Our room size was good, bright and clean with a wonderful view. I really enjoyed soaking in the tub every night.

Perfect setup for our family of five. Staff able to speak English well but willing to speak French for our benefit. Safe and secure.

The internet service on the computer available to guests was not working for most of the time we were there. This would not have been an issue except that we needed to find out whether storms in the US would be likely to interfere with our flights home and could not get adequate information from TV news broadcasts.

The staff allowed me to practice my French, but also spoke wonderful English when my language skills were not up to par. They were all very helpful and friendly and were prompt in assisting with all our requests. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was the nicest I've seen in a Paris hotel of this class. I was grateful that there was no odor of smoke, which I have found in other Parisian hotel rooms advertised as 'non-smoking.' The location is ideal for getting around Paris by foot or metro and we loved our St. Severin and Eiffel Tower view. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location is perfect, rooms are average size for Paris, but are impeccably clean and well kept. Friends stayed nearby and paid far more for a lesser quality room.

Good value for money, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great location. However, I am used to US hotels with fire escape routes and was concerned about that in hotel.

All the double rooms are offered at the same rate. We felt that we got the worst room (smallest, in the back with a small window, on lowest floor).
