The rooms were small but beautifully presented and lovely and clean, nice crisp sheets.

For a first timer in Paris, this is very easy to get to and find, with a nice little corner shop at the top of the street for those essentials, water, fruit, and wine!!

Had to wait about 30 minutes for room to be ready, so we left the luggage in a storage area in the lobby.

Room was small for a quadruple. There was not enough space for the roll-out bed to come out completely from under the single bed on one side of the room, but enough for a person to sleep. Had to ask for 4th towel, but was immediately given upon request. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Bathroom was reasonably spacious compared to size of room. Toilet seat was not original, but larger than bowl, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Wí-Fi was good, but did not reach quadruple room. I solved this by working in or near the lobby. The staff were always helpful and courteous. Location was great, near three metro stations and within walking distance of some of the most important attractions, a post office, restaurants and markets.

Breakfast is expensive for what they offered. I was not particularly affected by this since I planned on not having breakfast at the hotel from the beginning. But some of my fellow guests did comment that it was not worth the price.

Great location, cleanliness and convenience for the value. A lot of French people stay there. Be prepared for tight spaces if you are with a family. Lobby is very comfortable and staff are very polite.

Nice quite hotel near city center, but the rooms are smaller than I expected. Not stated on the web that there are rooms with windows to inside part of the hotel.
