We arrived a day early and receptionist was most pleasant and accomadating. We had e-mailed for the early arrival but some how that was lost.

We had a lot of difficulty getting a cab when we were out and around. Cabs went right by us when trying to wave them down. Info on how to get a cab would be helpful to guests.

Very nice and a true find in a busy city. Easy to get every place from there.

Found that most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Occassionally found one with an attitude.

Found that the hotel had been remodelled since our last stay, two elevators, rooms refurbished.

Air conditioning in room requested was
not working; management gave us another
room immediately -- a much bigger and
more expensive room for the same price as
the one we booked. They had room made up
quickly for us and were very helpful
during our entire stay. Excellent
hotel!!!!

Hotel is undergoing some upgrades and
renovations at this time. Should be even
better than described.
Handicapped accessible room is on the
first floor, right next to the breakfast
room. It has a large, private terrace and
an enormous bathroom.

Small, elegant hotel in an excellent area
of Paris, near a number of fashion houses
and only a few blocks off the Champs-
Elysees Easy walk to museums and other
sites. Many good restaurants of all price
ranges in the area. Lovely, helpful staff
who speak English if you want. Spacious,
elegantly furnished common areas.
